I have been working on myself for years now through yoga, meditation and reiki. Â I've received my 200hr yoga teaching certificate and I have done level 1 reiki, among other trainings, and I am so pleased that through this journey of self-realization, I found Pamela. Â Nothing compares to the work she has been able to do with me. Â It was actually my husband that had a first meeting with her and he immediately said, you need to go see Pamela. Â After my first two Access Bars and Thetahealing sessions with her, I was amazed at the growth and relief I had in such a short span of time. Â I needed to know what she was doing! Â Luckily, she's an amazing instructor of these two healing modalities. Â I've done my Access Bars certification and Thetahealing Basic, Advanced and Dig Deeper with her and it has literally CHANGED my life for the absolute better! Â She is a fantastic teacher! I love helping and teaching people how to use spiritual tools and techniques to manage life in a holistic way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I became a spiritual coach and spiritual teacher to offer a support to others and the community who are looking for answers and a source outside the norm and in an alternative, holistic, safe, caring and supportive environment.

Pamela is a Reiki Master who offers private sessions and Reiki classes. A session is very simple by placing my hands on your body, sometimes in specific areas of the problem. Many people feel the effects as relaxing and calming. Some people may feel sensations of tingling or warmth and even some fall asleep. Reiki is now being used in hospitals around the world and reiki complements medical treatments, natural therapies and massage therapy. Reiki is being successfully integrated into numerous health care associations. It is gentle enough for pregnant women and can help with the ease of birth.

Pamela Jackson has been using EFT since 2000, she is a master practitioner and teaches EFT. She is a pro with EFT and knows how to teach her clients how to use this modality in one session and even how to apply it to their day to day lives. EFT is amazing for emotional stress, pain both physical and emotional. She has an amazing passion for this healing tool and enjoys sharing that passion with others.
