I have nothing but the best to say about Natalie. From start to finish she made the wedding planning process easy and fun (yes, I used the word fun in reference to wedding planning)! We opted for the full planning and it was worth every penny--easily the best money spent on our wedding. She had excellent recommendations for vendors that we wouldn't have known about otherwise and she kept us in the loop every step of the way.

Our August wedding was outside in Chestertown, MD and, with the weather being unpredictable, Natalie advised us on how to approach every scenario (storms, heat, both). She even managed to make the week of as painless and headache free as possible. On the day of, Natalie made our vision come to life. Every little detail was perfectly executed and more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. The whole day had such a relaxed feeling to it, which is exactly the vibe we were going for. My husband, not being one to show much emotion, couldn't stop gushing over what a perfect wedding Natalie had orchestrated. Many of our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to.

When you hire a wedding planner you are essentially bringing a third person into your journey down the aisle. You want that person to be one who you can easily trust and will take time to get to know you and your partner so he or she can get a clear vision of what you want the happiest, most important day of your life to look like. I am SO glad Pam was a part of our wedding planning process - I couldn't imagine our wedding day without her! When I initially sent an inquiry to her, she was in Italy but called me from across the world just to chat with me! That pretty much describes Pam and how on top of everything she is, and how you are made a priority no matter what! I am in awe of Natalie and can't complement her enough. Natalie possesses expert knowledge about EVERYTHING wedding related. But what really stood out was her lovely demeanor, patience, calming influence, detailed eye, vision, and reasoned balance. I'm the mother of the bride, been married 34 years. Where do I begin with how much we loved Natalie and Atrendy... in a word, they were amazing. First of all I was hesitant to get a planner because I wasn't sure about incurring another fee but let me tell you that hiring Natalie for our Oct. 22 wedding at Anderson House was the best decision I made. She and the Atrendy team were worth every penny. We chose the month out services, and well before the month even started Natalie was already on top of things, liaising with our vendors and putting together our run of show. In the days before the wedding she even came to my house and helped me organize all of the placecards. On the actual day, she went above and beyond to make things run smoothly - everything from sewing my father-in-law's shirt to providing hungover groomsmen with snacks and advil to zipping up my dress when it unexpectedly opened right before we were announced. I literally could not believe how good Natalie and the team were - I should also mention she had about 3 assistants helping out to make sure everything went smoothly. I hired Atrendy Wedding after working with a previous wedding planner for 5 months and having extreme difficulty with her. My wedding was in October, 2016 and I hired Atrendy Wedding in May. Natalie S. was WONDERFUL. She picked things up without missing a beat and filled in all of the gaps that we had. There are not enough words for my husband and I to thank Natalie for how incredible she was in helping us to plan our wedding. Natalie helped us with "design planning" and was amazing at finding the right vendors for all things design related to the wedding (invitations, photographer, linens, lighting, draping, flowers, furniture rentals and so much more). In addition to that, she went above and beyond in making sure all details were covered. I had an overall idea of how I wanted the wedding to look but I work long hours and didn't have a lot of extra time to go through Pinterest and plan my ideal wedding - Natalie was outstanding at listening to my preferences and ideas and making my vision a reality. From the first day I met her, I felt so at ease and knew I was in the best hands - she has such a calming and special presence. There is truly no one else we would have ever trusted our wedding day with. She made everything perfect. She thought of everything and was so easy to communicate and work with through the whole process. In the few weeks leading up to the wedding, I felt much less stress than I think a lot of other brides do because I knew Natalie had everything covered. She would check in with me frequently and was so organized and detail oriented. On the day of the wedding, I did not have to worry about anything other than walking down the aisle and that is because of how amazing Natalie and the team at Atrendy Wedding are. My husband and I absolutely loved having Natalie as our wedding planner in September, 2015. Throughout the entire process she listened to our wishes/needs and keep us organized and on track! ! I don't know what we would have done without Natalie on our wedding weekend! We hired Natalie for the month-of service with a couple vendor add-ons. She made sure our wedding weekend went off without a hitch. We didn't have to bother any of our guests with helping out, everyone was able to relax through the weekend. Natalie also has great insight and advice, things we would not have known otherwise. We had to deal with rain on our wedding weekend and Natalie provided great rain alternatives for pictures. Initially, I never thought I needed a wedding coordinator-- I was super organized, detail-oriented, had a great team of vendors, a long engagement to plan, etc. but in the 6 weeks leading up to the wedding I realized it would be so helpful to have a professional opinion on some of the last minute design details. On a whim, I reached out to Atrendy (after finding them on a local wedding blog) to see if they could help, and after one conversation with Anne, I knew hiring her would be a smart decision.

It ended up being one of the best decisions I made throughout the entire planning process. She was very accessible, responsive, just as (maybe more) detailed oriented as me, and patient the entire time. Anne provided advice on wording for programs and welcome bags, created our timeline, coordinated last minute details with all the vendors, and even changed my hair/makeup time from super early to just before pictures, which was so appreciated. The best part is that she had already worked several weddings at our venue, so she had a ton of great recommendations (inc. some I never would have thought of) for how to make the day run smoothly. She ran our entire rehearsal which never would have worked if I had tried to do it on my own, and could offer a professional, objective opinion when family members voiced concerns. And, she and Natalie even boxed our cupcake favors at the event.

The real best part is that I was able to relax and just enjoy the day without having to micromanage a ton of different details. I can't thank Anne enough for all she did to help make our day so perfect. I would highly recommend anyone who is considering a wedding coordinator to pull the trigger and book Atrendy. And, if you are feeling overwhelmed with the cost of a wedding (and unsure if makes financial sense to hire a planner), there is no better insurance policy than an experienced wedding coordinator to make sure all of the time and financial resources you have invested pay off. I'm the groom. I don't usually write reviews, but I do feel like A Trendy Wedding deserves all of the praises they've received.

Leading up to the wedding one of the biggest questions was if we needed a wedding planner. I said no, she said yes. I am really glad I listened to her. (She's usually right =)

My, now, wife chose A Trendy Wedding because she told me that Anne had such a good personality and she seemed to ask her questions that she had never even thought of, just in case. This was reassuring to me, because lots of the things she asked, I had never even thought about either. It was good to know she had been there before and scoped out our venues to overcome them.

As the wedding day approached, I would ask my fiancee if there were more things to do. She would calmly say, "No, Anne took care of it." I'm thinking, "hmm, ok. Maybe it was worth it to get a wedding planner." This allowed us to spend quality time with each other days before the wedding. Grooms, trust me, you DO NOT want to deal with a grumpy Bride-To-Be!! I've seen it in other weddings and it's HORRIBLE!!!

When the day arrived, everything just seemed to fall in place. Anne told me to just enjoy myself with the groomsmen and she'd let me know when they needed me. Anne directed the wedding party in a way that was instructive, but not pushy. This was awesome, because it didn't ruin the mood. I've seen planners that think getting things done means shouting and telling people to be quiet. What a mood killer. The party will end up hating the planner and it'll end up being an inside joke for years to come. "Remember your planner?"

What I found most amazing was that my wife and I got to enjoy our wedding day, because of all the behind the scenes work that they did. Not once did I hear about something going wrong or things running behind. I never had to deal with logistics. Everything was perfect. Pam and the Atrendy Wedding team made a tremendous difference in raising our event to the next level (without necessarily breaking the bank! ) I booked Pam for my month-out coordination, but she was amazing at sending periodic notes before that point checking in and letting me know when she saw items that might be a great fit for our decor. Pam was always open to me asking questions, giving advice, and being honest when it came to her opinion. Honesty is an incredible helpful thing to have in a planner, and Pam was always great about sharing her feedback in a helpful, constructive manner. What makes a great event is picking an overarching theme and sticking to it, and adding your own little personal touches. Pam helped us think of all of the little things we would need and/or reminding us of all of the things we should think about. She gave us great advice about focusing our budget on items that most guests will get to enjoy instead of blowing money on items that aren't as useful/impactful. Pam took the lead on sending a schedule to all of our vendors, and touching base with them all the week of so that was off my plate. We purchased our differing decor items that fit our theme, and Pam and her team made it all come together so masterfully and perfectly the day of our event. Our guests were stunned with how amazing and personalized everything was, which we accomplished through Pam's expert guidance. Pam also worked tirelessly the day to make sure everything fell into place and kept on track. We also had a table number issue to figure out during cocktail hour before dinner, and Pam's quick thinking and solution helped us avoid any issues. Choosing Pam and the Atrendy Wedding team to plan our wedding was the best decision we made during the entire wedding planning process. Pam's creativity and eye for detail helped move us from a couple without a plan to one with a beautiful, timeless event design that truly fit who we are. I could honestly not have asked for a better person to coordinate my wedding than Anne Kelley. From our first phone conversation, Anne was a complete pleasure to work with. Throughout the whole process, Anne made our wedding planning more efficient by helping us find vendors that are within our budget and that fit with our theme and working directly with those vendors to come up with a schedule and plan for the wedding day. She was also very responsive to all my emails and questions and I was very impressed with how organized she was. My husband, who initially was skeptical about our need for a wedding planner, was impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail and now could not have imagined our wedding going off as well as it did without her. We had the most wonderful and relaxed wedding and owe that to Anne who took the reins.

I hired A Trendy Wedding for my daughter's month out coordinator. Meghan contacted us about 5 weeks out to schedule a meeting to go over all the vendors, wedding party details, etc. She handled everything after our meeting, which took a lot of pressure off of us. We were provided a day of timeline that was very well thought out. When we had questions on the scheduling, Meghan provided us detailed reasons as to why she made the changes she did - and she was right. I would have to say that hiring Lauren McWilliams as my Month Out coordinator was the best decision I made -- and the best money I spent -- throughout the entire wedding planning process. I literally did not worry about A THING on my wedding day and that, to me, was absolutely priceless.
