After a career as a partner in a multinational "Big Law" firm, I've applied my background in strategy, conscious leadership development, trusted advisor consulting, career mentorship, mindfulness and positive psychology to coaching individuals on career, business and passion project success, and coaching teams and organizations to unleash their creative potential to create exponential increased value.

I offer 1:1 coaching to individuals who are ready for change and to invest in themselves and their future, so I'll always require that we have a no-charge exploratory coaching session before we decide to work together. I tend to work wtih people who have achieved some success but want to go from decent (or better) to amazing. While I'm considered a "high-end" coach, I do offer flexible rates for the right individual clients whose compelling goals are currently bigger than their cash flow. I look forward to taking with you about your dreams! Even if it turns out that now isn't the right time for you to coach 1:1 with me, you'll leave our exploratory session with new insights and options, most likely referrals to other excellent coaches, and possibly group or self-study options with me to get you started on your growth path.

I also contract with organizations to provide organizational development consulting and business strategy consulting, as well as executive, leadership, team and corporate well-being coaching to their people. If your team could use help navigating uncertainty, developing strategic perspective and building the resilience, agility and positive vision to thrive amidst ambiguity, I'd love to work with them.
