The Friday and Saturday night musical events are a total blast, but green vegetables have nothing to fear. You won't find them anywhere near your food. Which is too bad, because the dinners are all bread, pasta, cheese and meat, with the exception of the antipasto at the beginning. The bakery items are great, but the dinner items are high fat bombs covered in cheese and tomato sauce. I would not eat there again. Instead, I'll pay the fixed-price dinner fee for a lovely experience, and eat beforehand. The four stars is for the experience, deserts, and good coffee, which is what a bakery should be about! The staff was amazing and so friendly! My family was visiting for a wedding and we grew up with Italian grandparents from Brooklyn, so we weren’t sure how an Italian bakery in the south would be but it blew us away. Palermo's gets better with each visit. Haven't been for a bit and with this visit I saw how they added to the menu more so than my last with more savory delights n their usual delicious sweets. Go, u won't be disappointed

The smells of fresh pastry is enough of a reason to visit Palermo's Bakery. They have everything you could possibly want from an Italian pastry shop. I went there planning on buying a couple of crumb buns (out of this world) but I left with 4 bags filled with bread (1of which I was given free) and assorted pastries. This is one place in South Florida that has the great Italian pastries, great staff, very clean, always with a smile, orders are always ready on time! You must visit Palermo’s! Plenty of parking. This is my favorite bakery! I love the staff there, they're so friendly, you feel like you're at grandma's house! I went there to get a birthday cake for my grandmother and it came out exactly what i wanted, and it was so delicious! I mean really delicious! And you have to try their crumb cake too, the best!!
