Went here with a few couples after dinner. The $10 cover bought us the free salsa lesson. The instructor was ok but overall it was a fun evening. They only have bottled water for sale which I don't appreciate. Mostly b/c it's a single-use plastic. I chose club soda instead for same price ($2). Amazing light show and visuals. I would come for this alone. Best visuals of any club, ever. Regular dance floor gets crowded, 2nd floor not as crowded but you can't really dance there it's only tables. I love the variety of music. I hate dealing with the DTLA crazies, and it's hard to find an Uber after, because of poor service. I usually have to walk a block down. Still an amazing time. The place is pretty good. There is a large variance in the salsa instructors though. The Friday night instructor is good. She keeps things basic but fun . The Sunday night instructors are the best if one is learning how to dance. Saturday night instructors seem to spend too much time teaching one how to shake one's rear end. As far as I'm concerned I do not need help to shake my own rear. Just give me half a dozen Long Islands. More...

I LOVE PALANGO!! Felix and Maggie are both great instructors, they are very upbeat and positive and help you when the classes are getting tough to not give up. There are many different styles of classes and so many different class times each day to choose from it makes it easier to fit for most anyone's schedule. The classes are challenging and promising of a healthier more fit body. For parents the membership includes childcare ! Also worth mentioning that the price is great! Most other places charge double than what they do. I am not rich by any means and this was affordable for me Highly recommend!! More...

Love the live music, dancing, 10 cover includes a dance class if you get there early enough. Down side is the drinks/ bar. For one the bartender had to loon up a drink (that only had two ingredients) that was listed on the menu and it didn’t even come out that great. Also they charge $6 for Coors?! We are in the land of beer, and thats the only beer they offer... for that price. Also you dance your butt off and then they make you pay for a bottle of water- no tap water available. More...

Very fun salsa dancing classes! Salsa is very new to me and I greatly enjoyed these classes. My only criticism is that Jig can be a little intense, given it’s a beginner class. Nonetheless, a very good time!
