This is my fourth visit in the year I've lived in SA. I have had excellent service every time. This time, I got a house salad, the capellini pomodoro, and a side of shrimp. I shared the Brussels sprouts also. Everything was great. I really like the bread they serve at the beginning. It comes with oil and hummus, both tasty. We always love the warm romantic elegance of Paesano's, when we go there for a treat. The bread, hummus and herbed oil free appetizers are perfect with hot tea. Then we leave. Kidding! As vegans, we mess about with balsamic salads and wilted spinach. Always gorgeous and yummy for groups, date night and sometimes, alone! The Shrimp Paesano dish is worth a return visit on a regular occasion. We have guests that come from out of town and insist we have dinner at Paesano's. You can order the appetizer portion of this dish, but it's worth having a few more shrimp, and remember the salad that comes with the entree portion. Servers are always so attentive. The food was EXCELLENT!!!!!! the waiter was a bit overwhelmed, he had 2 big tables & no help, so he had no time for us. Never came back after he took our order to check on us or refill our drinks, I had to drink my husbands. But he did do his best. Again, hats off to the chef. So hadn't been to this location before but during the week this place was not packed. We had a birthday dinner for a friend & had great service with nice drink options. Tonight was my first time to Paesanos, and the food was excellent. The dressing on the fresh salad wasn't too heavy or too light. The Shrimp Paesano was nice, and the mango sorbet was the perfect ending to my dinner. We were celebrating a birthday, and our server was patient and honest with our questions.
