Tom and Debbie catered our wedding for 110 people in Guerneville, CA, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations. Great communication and flexibility before the event, and fun vibes and delicious food during the event. Everyone LOVED the paella and the salad, and the fact that it was so different from most traditional wedding dinners made it really special. Our venue was a little remote and more rustic than most weddings, so the compostable bamboo plates and cutlery also made it super easy and eco-friendly (it eliminated the need to rent plateware and silverware and have a separate truck drive there). We hired Thomas for our wedding day and are so glad we did!!! His paella was a giant hit with all of our guest!!! We got so many compliments on how much they loved it (even friends who lived in Spain said this was the best they've ever had)! Some guests were joking that they wanted to find an excuse to have a giant party just so they can have the paella again. It was super affordable and way better than the basic wedding food that you usually get served. We opted for the mixto and a vegetarian paella. Thomas and his staff catered our wedding of 120 people. They were great, professional and on time. Everyone absolutely loved the paella and all the appetizers. Guests commented on everything from the pine nuts in the salad, to the best blue cheese they've ever had, to the aioli (paella dipping sauce) which they treated like crack. Thomas also delivered cheese plates to ceremony site early, something we asked him to do last second, huge thank you for that. Paella Del Reyes was an AMAZING choice for our wedding at Cuffey's Cove. It's reasonably priced, easily accommodates food allergies and our guests LOVED it! We received so many compliments on the food. We got the mixto and vegan options, along with bread and salad, and it did not disappoint. Tom was also super easy to work with and a good communicator. We weren't able to try the food ahead of time, so it definitely felt like a risk, but we were incredibly happy with our decision in the end. Tom and his team catered our wedding up at Cuffeys Cove on the Mendocino coast. We were blown away by the paella - it was cooked perfectly, on time, and looked absolutely stunning. We ordered the Mixto and vegetarian option for our guests. I personally tried the Mixto and there was tons of seafood piled on. Everyone LOVED the food and we got so many compliments. My fiancé and I were unsure of what to expect because we found Paella Del Reyes on Yelp during COVID quarantine and didn't taste any of the food before our big wedding day. In the end, I'm so happy that we went with Tom. His team did an AMAZING job. Before our wedding day, he answered all of my questions and worked well with our wedding coordinator, gave recommendations on what to order and even helped us reduce the price based on our headcount, and offered many ways to pay. On the day of our wedding, Toms team traveled all the way up from Sebastopol (several hour drive away from our venue), brought all the necessary staff/service and supplies, cooked more than enough food for everyone, and cooked the best paella. Tom catered my rehearsal dinner for my wedding and I can't begin to say how happy my husband and I were with his service! The paella was absolutely delicious, everyone really enjoyed it . We had the paella mix. All of the ingredients were so fresh and it was so cool to watch him make it. He also kindly packed the remainder of the paella for us to have for later and it was fantastic. I would give Tom and his team more stars if I could. We had them make paella (both the traditional seafood and the vegetarian) for 50 people for my 40th birthday party, and it was absolutely fantastic! In addition to being an absolute hit with all our guests (everyone had seconds or thirds), it was just an awesome experience for everyone to see the meal being prepared at the beginning of the party. Tom and Meghan were awesome people, super willing to talk to people about the process if they were curious, and they were a really awesome addition to the party. Oh, and in addition to the two paellas, we also had them make some charcuterie boards (for appetizers) and a big salad - and all of that was incredible as well. My husband brought Paella Del Reyes on board to celebrate my 50th birthday. Tom showed up several hours ahead of the party, set up his grill and got to work making an absolutely delicious and gorgeous, massive platter of Paella to feed our group of 50. Tom also brought several nicely presented charcuterie plates to keep us happy while the Paella was cooking. I highly recommend Paella Del Reyes for any party where you need to feed a large group. From start to finish, Tom was incredibly professional and a total delight to talk to. The Paella was an absolute home run...everybody was raving about it. In the end, there was no mess whatsoever to clean up. Paella Del Reyes provided all the recyclable utensils and plates and we kept the leftovers which were neatly packaged up for us. We had Tom and team cater a birthday party for approximately 40 people up in Healdsburg this past February.  I wish I could give them them even higher marks (ten stars! ) for their service, responsiveness, and most importantly, the incredible meal!  Everything was perfect.  They arrived on time and were friendly, organized and exceptionally professional throughout the afternoon.  To give you an example of how awesome it was to work with Tom, we were forced to change location the night before the party from the beach to a much further spot due to the weather.  Tom couldn't have been more easy-going and accommodating; it made the change so much less stressful!  In addition, Tom did a great job advising me on both the food amount and menu ensuring that we had the right quantity to cover both the carnivores as well as vegetarians.  <br><br>I look forward to the next Paella del Reyes party we throw! I've used Paella del Reyes personally for 3 parties; my rehearsal dinner, my 50th birthday and a family reunion. I could not recommend them more highly. The atmosphere created when Tom and team fire up their massive paella pans is only outshined by the excellence of the food itself. From the caramelized socarrat, to the savory saffron flavor running through the rice and chicken, to the freshly caught seafood and locally sourced veggies, Paella del Reyes is among the best I’ve ever had. More than just the food, Paella del Reyes creates a wonderful atmosphere for any large group. They light the fire and the show begins. I should mention the charcuterie plates here: top notch meats and cheeses perfect for pairing with wine, beer, cocktails or most appropriate, sangria. I’ve found most party goers end up surrounding the fire as the crew builds flavor. It’s starts simply enough with chicken searing on the hot surface. Then saffron tinted stock hits the pan and envelopes the toasted rice. Grab another sangria and settle in to watch the rest of ingredients drop. I keep an eye out for the area that gets the most Spanish sausage. Then a flurry of seafood: mussels, prawns and whatever was caught off the Sonoma coast that day. Olives and artichokes. Peppers, asparagus, beans or whatever is growing in Sonoma that month. When you see the peas and lemons drop… grab your plate and get to the front of the line. And make sure you get some of the aioli. To the previous reviewer who opined based only website pictures and not having actually tasted it… I have had paella throughout Valencia and Paella del Reyes equals any of them. Found this place online for furniture after Macy's screwed me on a couch. Walked into the showroom and was blown away. Arcaydi (sorry if I spelled it wrong) helped me and my wife pick out a couch that was exactly like the one she fell in love with from Macy's. Not only was he a million times more informative than the tools at Macy's but was also helped us out making sure it would fit through our door ways being they are pretty narrow. Without a doubt, Paella del Reyes was the highlight of my recent company retirement party. The local and sustainable ingredients were not only delicious and beautiful, they also pleased our vegans and gluten-free attendees - not an easy feat! I contacted Tom with relatively late notice to see if he could feed our wedding reception guests in Calistoga. Our wedding caterer was capable of doing paella, but we wanted the romance of the big pans getting fired up outside. We had Tom and his staff at Paella del Reyes cater our wedding in Elk, Ca this past weekend. It was a super windy day and we were unsure how the elements would effect the meal. Let me just say, Tom and his staff rocked EVERYTHING! Both the traditional and the vegan paella were delicious (our guests have not stopped raving about it), the staff was professional, friendly and fun and he got 170 guests through the buffet line in an instant. Leading up to the event, Toms communication was excellent and he made the entire process seem relaxed and easy.
