OK here it is: I was surfing the web for logo designers I found a their site, I chatted with a guy and he was helpful and I felt it was right for me. I paid and I completed and submitted their form. I received a samples in a couple days but they were way off from what I was imagining. BUT these guys went over and beyond fr me on a daily basis for about 2 week until I was completely satisfied. I was easy to work with but I was specific about what I wanted and they DID NOT HESITATE to fulfill every request I made to give me COMPLETE SATISFACTION! 2/2017 My great experience with Pac and Copy Plus continued as I transitioned from logo to website. For this project, I worked with Zain. Zain took customer satisfaction and service to an even higher level as he took the logo and transitioned it into a fantastic website! This process was all new to me and Zain was there as a true partner through this process. I, being a novice, relied on Zain's expertise. He was very patient and responsive to every question or suggestion I had. He is highly skilled technically and in customer service. You sure can't ask for more than that. I can't say enough good things about PNC Logos and Pac and Copy!After registering my website, I received an email from them prompting me to purchase a logo. I looked on the site and decided to spend the money. The turn around time was very quick, and I am more than happy with the design!I then spoke with my account manager Steve who told me about the website building packages they offer. My project manager, Jose' was very courteous. I like the two concepts he submitted and requested minor color revisions. I am happy with the final results. However I will never order TWO separate logos at the same time. (I paid $58.00) There was quite a bit of confusion regarding which DRAFT and what version. Also - don't expect your final delivery within 48 hours. I believe that in order to offer these low prices, the graphics company does a mass production model in terms of staffing and that each project manager is handling multiple clients' orders at one time.
