I started working with Paige to get my peach more rounded. She sat me down, we talked about nutrition, my lifestyle and she made me a workout plan. She is very knowledgeable and will work with whatever goals you have for yourself. She is also your cheerleader if you need one. Paige is wonderful! I began training with her in 2020 when I was overweight, depressed and really struggling to get off the starting line. She took the time to get to know me, my challenges and my goals. She created a program that got me moving and helped me build the strength I needed to live the healthy, active life I’d always wanted. Now, at 46, I’m stronger and more fit than ever. Her programming has helped me become an avid hiker, runner, climber and loose over 60 lbs.
