I'm not the authority on pizza. I used to be, until a curse befell me. Apparently I can't digest wheat. This misfortune has hung heavy on my heart for a long time. Many chains seek to appease, but they only dispel. Of course no pizza can be as crisp, or centrally fluffy as a damn wheat flour pie, BUT there's hope. Best Pizza ever! I ordered Bacon & Black Olive with lots of Cheese, it came out unbelievably fabulous! It is the best, crispy crust, done perfectly. ..added a salad, and you have got to try the garlic knots --again, melt in your mouth good. Nice friendly staff, the customers seemed local -I'm from Pinellas Park passing through but we were laughing and joking around. This pizza is amazing! My sister is vegan and mentioned she hadn't had pizza since she became vegan, so we were on a search for vegan pizza.
