This was my first lease and I was hesitant at first but, it doesn't matter if you are leasing, purchasing, trading in or really anything have to do with cars -- Oz Leasing by far surpassed all other automobile customer service experiences I've had since starting to drive 15 years ago. I told Michael what options I wanted and he found an incredible car at the cheapest price....Signature beat two local dealerships by a significant amount of money. To top it off, instead of having to sit at the dealership, haggle on numbers and waste my time, it was done completely through an email and phone. The car was delivered to me, papers signed in 5 minutes and it was literally the easiest car related purchase I've ever had. I was a little apprehensive about going through a broker, especially with living in Maryland and their company being in Miami. After a couple of days of research, I can say that they are a fully registered company and totally legit. My experience was amazing. Mike was very patient and helpful and was available after hours which was helpful due to my work schedule. All I can say is WOW. I cant believe I wasted the first 15 years of my driving life going into dealerships instead of using a broker. Seriously I can't even believe how amazing it was working with a broker... not to mention Oz Leasing. They literally did everything from start to finish. I barely broke a sweat, even in the South Florida heat!

I went to Mike, the owner, on a referral from people who have leased from him. I told him my price range and vaguely what kind of car I was looking for, and he presented me with great options. The program he used was so easy. All we had to do was type in the miles I wanted and it gave all the payment options depending on how much we wanted to put down. No silly negotiating with a dealership. No games. No strings. No hidden fees. No snake salesman playing you for a fool. No smoke and mirrors. Just exact and straightforward pricing for any and every car I wanted to see. All from the quiet privacy of the computers in the Oz Leasing office instead of a horrible car dealership.

Above all of that, they did ALL of the work for me. All I had to do was pick a car, get insurance, and sign. The lease and the car were brought to ME. I didn't have to step one single foot into a car dealership. It could not have been easier or more pleasant. I will be getting all of my cars from Oz leasing from here on out. More...

Hands down Oz Leasing is the best experience I have ever had when it came to leasing a new car. I can say with absolute confidence Mike is the best! He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I just got a 2018 Honda Accord and Oz Leasing beat the competition in every category. Mike knew every detail and feature for every model that I asked about. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of every vehicle. At the end of the day I truly felt that I got the best deal possible, which is what we all want. Save yourself the hassle of going to the dealership and wondering if you are getting the best deal. After this experience I would NEVER waste my time with a dealership.
