These people are not local and based in Colorado. I had an appt set for 1pm and they finally showed up at 3pm. They decided that a commercial customer who did not give them all the info when they booked was more important than a reg customer. They did not even clean the normal wear from foot traffic. These carpets are cleaned yearly, so their efforts are inferior. I would highly recommend using a local establishment. Never again!!! More...

I booked with the company to have 5 bedrooms cleaned and deodorize 2 weeks in advance. The company texted me 2 Friday's in advance the appointment reminder. Thursday the week of, an appointment reminder. Friday the day before that they can't wait to service my home. And then they canceled the appointment because "I didn't confirm" the appointment. I never received a request to confirm the appointment. They also never called me to inform me that the appointment was canceled. I initially scheduled an appointment for 11am. They sent me 3 text messages changing the time from 11am to 11:15 to 12pm and then they no showed! If you want your carpet cleaned in the DMV area DO NOT use them. Maruska is the owner for the franchise in this area and she has horrible costumer service skills. I wasn’t home for the cleaning and the tech only sprayed my carpet (I have security cameras). No cleaning was done. She refuses to address the issue. No refund or redo has been done.
