What inspired you to start your own business?
As a Military Veteran myself, I paid $45 dollars/month through GoDaddy just for the hosting at the time. I then hired a company and altogether spent $10,000 on a basic website design to include minor changes that resulted in an unfinished website unless I continued to pay more. I later realized it should never have costed that much and how I wished someone was there to be more of a guide compared to just giving me or allowing me to continue on doing what I thought I needed, compared to showing me the different options available. That is what we now do.

Yes, we can do it over the phone and video chat. This includes a tutorial on how to use the newly created site if it's a Shopify or WordPress website. I can share my screen to accomplish this and this has worked well with other clients

Utilizing video chat and phone calls more as well as wearing a mask in public if a client wants to meet in person
