One of the best micheladas I've had ! Great service, drinks and food. Very good staff and family friendly. Highly recommend coming here for a chill night out.

Great neighborhood local brewery to hang with friends or watch some sports. Staff are the friendliest here and they also have a rotating line up or food trucks during the weekend. Hawaii-O was delicious and very refreshing - my favorite drink of choice! Fat Boys - Famous Mike burger and the munchie Mike's appetizer were generous portions. The burger was saucy and juicy and the appetizer had all the fried goodness. Back outdoor patio seating is really nice. Tent covered but has nice fresh air as well! More...

One of the easiest and short reviews I'll do! Came here for OC chrono event yesterday and loved everything about the brewery. They curated a beer specifically for the event and it was yummy! I'm not a beer person but I would drank that ale any day! I had the Hawaii o five which is a kombucha and it was super tasty ! The staff was beyond friendly and attentive. There is indoor and outdoor seating ! Super chill vibe!! A great place if you want to grab and beer and chat with friends. Lots of benches outdoors and there was a food vendor too which I heard was good but didn't get to try. They take credit cards. Have parking street or in a lot in the back ! Will def recommend and come back! More...

Met what I believe are the owners or the ones who brew this great beer at an event recently! Although I'm not an IPA kind of guy they did have an excellent Mexican lager which I tasted delicious! This place has a drink (and seat) for everyone! From your ol' lagers and ales to stouts and the recently popular hard kombucha, Over Town Brewing Co. has a diverse selection of beers to choose from - a few of which I came to love. I tried the Fuzzy Fox IPA (west coast IPA) and the Hop Springs IPA (hazy IPA) and they were some of the smoothest IPAs I've ever had. My date had the Orange You Glad Lager and sampled the Rose Mallow IPA, both of which she enjoyed. There was plenty of seating for a Friday night, especially outside, with TVs both inside and out showing the Dodger game on this particular evening (Go Dodgers). Come give this place a try, as I think you'll truly enjoy it. More...

Really nice staff and great beer. I recommend the fuzzy fox if you like a light IPA. Also, if you like light beer the Oye Compa Lager perfect for summer day/summer nights. Come here! Living in walking distance, it's amazing to have such an awesome brewery. I found Over Town to have a much more chill vibe than other local breweries and the beer is by far the best too. Win, win! I've tried almost everything they have on tap and it's all delicious. The staff is amazing, courteous, and attentive. Plenty of patio seating in the back and some indoor seating too. The daily food truck or pop up options are awesome, too, and add a bonus to support another local small business. We love our Over Town evenings! More...

The brewery was very nice and the staff were easy going and pleasant to chat with. The overall look of the place from the front would have you thinking "What am I walking into" because it looks like a run of the mill industrial style building, but once you are inside you totally loose track of the exterior. The inside is adorned with a miscellaneous grouping of vintage bicycles and signs that look to have been collected from different areas and off of the streets. The tap room is very well laid out and easy to see what they have on tap and in can. The rest of the building is laid out well and has good views of the very nice brewing operations that they are using to make their different beers. They do have plenary of outside seating in the rear of the building and welcome dogs.As for the beer... it is great! The over all styles of beers are very classic but you can find a seltzer or other hard fizzy drink on the menu normally. My recommendation to you is to try the Fuzzy Fox. It is a classic pale ale that feels very at home and rooted to the California hop scene. The average price per beer is about $8-9 for a pint.Overall this is a great brewery that is worth a stop at it the next time you are, let's say, traveling on the 210 freeway or RT 66 and thinking of a good beer to chase down some terrible traffic (So Cal people know what I mean) or any other excuse to get out of the house and enjoy a pint ;) More...

Pretty good beer and a comfortable, local vibe. I felt very welcome and appreciated by the owners. They were having an anniversary weekend when we went. I chose this place as the halfway point to meet up with my niece and her family while I was in LA. Only negative was the crooked taco vendors who set up that night. However, I won't blame the brewery for those two clowns. They were apologizing to all their customers that night about the poor food service experience. More...

What's up: Meeting up with friends to catch up and drink beer! Maybe snag some tacos while we're at it. I was introduced to this place by a Yelp event and we ended up staying longer and drinking more beer than was expected lol. Parking: Street parking! Just be aware of all the red curbs. Also to take note, some of the curbs may be a bit high if you're sporting a lowered/low clearance car. Environment: Masks are required. Walking in, you'll see the order counter if you want to take your bevys to go. If not, grab a menu and head on towards the back and down the hall. You'll see indoor seating (must be fully vaccinated) near the restrooms and the brewing tanks. Further along and you'll head out to their outdoor beer garden. Plenty of picnic tables as well as barrel tables to choose from. There are canopies, string lights, and heat lamps spread out through the area. Once situated, a staff member will come by to take your order. You'll have to provide a credit card for them to hold and open your tab. If you decide to order more, just tell them the name of your tab. They were super friendly and came by often to check up on how we were doing. And when the food truck came by, staff members came by with the food menu; we had Valley Boy Taqueria. When you're ready to close out, head back in to the check in counter up front and they'll ring you up. Have a pet? Feel free to bring them; this place is pet friendly. What was ordered:- Not Yo Mama's Lager (light and crisp)- Carnitas Taco (The mandarin confused me a bit but it was tasty)- Smoked Brisket Taco (smokey but yum)- Onion Rings (crispy but not over fried, Congress with ranch dipping sauce)Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. My friends and I had a pretty good experience here. The staff members were friendly, the beer and food were good, and the ambiance of their outdoor beer garden was pleasant. It's a place where you can kick back, have a beer, and chill. Credit cards are accepted. More...

It kind of had almost a light tea after taste for me. When my friends joined us, we ordered a beer flight. As stouts are my thing, I LOVED the Cafe de Olla stout! SO SO GOOD! Great brewery. It's been on my hit list and thanks to Yelp invite I got to experience this gem. Plenty of out door seating outside, lighted for the night and canopies for the day time sun. The staff truly did make it more enjoyable. Friendly, attentive and helpful. Great tap list from IPAs, blonde ales to my faves Reds, and stouts! The O'Ryans red very tasty and smooth had to order another pint. Also, had the Cafe de Olla stout, very good tasting, dark but smooth. I topped it off with some tacos from a rotating vendor that was on hand. Made it a great Friday night for me. Street parking only. Didn't have a problem parking close. In an industrial street in Monrovia but well lit and safe. Also, there's a dart board and ring/hook game inside. Plus, the cleanest bathrooms. The back area is really chill and relaxing, almost as if you're at a friends house, and they have heaters in case it's a bit chilly. They took our order within a few minutes. It was a Not Yo Mama's Lager for my girl and a Slightly Sour Stout for me. I love sour beers and this one had that sour kick with a nice bready aftertaste. I also ordered a Blonde Melon and that was by far my favorite so I ordered a 4 pack of 16 oz cans of it as a to-go order. Cozy hometown brew co with excellent craft concoctions to suit any palate! I've been here a few times - mostly for YES events - but always come away warm and happy! ! And when you order brews to-go, they get pulled straight from the tap and into the can!! Doesn't get much more fresh than that!! My fave has to be the Oyé Campo Mexican Lager - classic style, true to the genre, bready and perfect with a slice of lime! Goes down too easy! My second fave is the O'Ryans Irish Red Ale - a little heavier than the Oyé Campo, but definitely smooth and toasty - great in the cooler weather! I've tried the Blonde Melon too - different from most other blondes I've tried - it's good but I prefer the Oyé Campo! I've also sampled the totally unique Hawaii Five-O - a hard kombucha (how fun is that??) and it was light and fruity - very interesting! You can't really go wrong here and the staff make great recommendations as well! Their menu is extensive with spot-on descriptions and they do flights too! The staff are always so welcoming and friendly! Fantastic atmosphere and such fun decor, games, etc. Parking is mostly street parking and it's ample. I believe there's a back lot but I've never used it - I always find street parking out front no problem. Excellent local brew co! Definitely out go to! Highly recommend!! More...

Really enjoyed the hard kombucha here and the melon beer. Tried some other beers but couldn't taste what the description says but the one I noted before really tasted on how it was described. They have a nice area outside to sit at along with heaters for the cold nights. I would recommend this place if they want to try a brewery with a bit for of the flavor. Perfect spot for a beer! After a stressful week at work I was able to grab a good beer, cool environment, great service, and the taco guy was an added bonus. This place has excellent vibes. I'll be back for sure! I had read some Yelp reviews so we knew we wanted to try the beer with some chocolate flavor and the kombucha one. I opted to get the blonde while I was there and take the kombucha one to go. Tried it though and it was good. Those are not the actual names. There was definitely people there - not a huge crowd but a good amount where there was still open spots. They are located in an industrial section where it's street parking although I think they have actual parking in back. We opted to hang indoors because we are vaccinated. Plus the best part - we had our pups with us. Being pet friendly was an added bonus. The staff was super cool. Willing to help with recommendations and fast service overall. The taco guy that was there had bomb food. A lil pricey but it was worth it. I think the food options rotate.
