Friendly staff, even the owner came around talking to customers, food was amazing. We had baby back ribs (fall off the bone melt in your mouth), sirloin (med-rare perfectly), baked potatoes with all the fixings and baked beans mmmm so smokey and flavorful. Prices were great. This is our weekly spot. Great food, great service, and great atmosphere. Dogs are even welcome on the patio space. We have visited and experienced an “off day” where the servers may not be as attentive as they should be but we continue to come because we love the food so much. My one complaint that I hope the manager take into consideration is PLEASE stop giving a whole entire chicken breast NOT cut up on top of the Encore Pasta. We attended the venue after seeing the reviews and this has been the best dining experience of our vacation. There were 12 of us walking in to the Davenport premises and we were seated promptly and can not fault any of the service provided. I can't say enough good things about Ovation Bistro & Bar. We are regular weekly customers. We love the Filet Mignon and our choice of two sides that come with it. We prefer the Davenport location, but are happy that we have the option to visit the Winter Haven location on Cypress Gardens Blvd. The service is excellent. The Servers are always pleasant and knowledgeable. The food always comes out right. The Owner even takes time to stop by our table to say hello. What’s your signature dish?
Our signature DISHES our our house smoked meats. We slow smoke our ribs, and brisket for up to 12 hours with our Southern Pride water smoker. What comes out of the smoke bath is a juicy perfectly smoked piece of meat that our customers keep coming back for.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We take all of the info given to us by our client to create the best menu that we can offer. We do not cut corners and insure that everything is perfect when going out of the kitchen. We have a reputation to uphold and bringing the same quality and attention to detail is something that we take the most pride in. Our customers always come first and we do everything that we can to accommodate any request for food that we can

Seeing everything come together and the smiles on our clients and their friends faces while they are enjoying all of our teams hard work!
Why should our clients choose you?
We take pride in our food. With a smokehouse mentality we have to insure that temps are right and heat is maintained. Spending 12 hours cooking something and having it be not up to par is unacceptable. We always make sure that the food that leaves our restaurant is up to our high standards. And our attention to detail when setting up a catering event is overseen by our catering coordinator who will not accept anything but perfection when it comes down to it. We care about everything as if it was our own party, because our food is our reputation and when those smiles start flying and you see people come back for seconds and thirds, that my friend is winning!!
