My background includes CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting, Orthopedic Exercise, and I hold a BFA in Modern Dance. I am well versed in many kinds of movement, and qualified to cater to specific programming needs.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Education. It takes more than just programming a workout and giving it to a client inorder to be successful. Once you realized why certain things are in a program, and how to implement them into you activities of daily living, what's learned in the workout becomes a part of the lifestyle. Not just during your time in the gym
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Understanding the flow of progress. It fluctuates the same way somebody's daily life does. And it's not only one component of a plan. A good plan is multifaceted that touches up on what you're doing all through the day.
What do you love most about your job?
The best part about my job is providing the eye opening experience that people are a lot more capable than they think they are. Misinformation can really deter a persons thoughts on how and if they can achieve their goals. The best part is helping to clear a path.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started Outside The Box Athletics as a form of self care. Helping people understand achieve, and overcome challenges through instruction and comradery aides me in leaving a meaningful footprint.
Why should our clients choose you?
I want people to overcome the outpour the misinformation that infiltrates the fitness community. Social media as given everyone a voice, which is beneficial, but can also be harmful to those who are really searching for answers. My background includes education in movement that is researched and proven to the standards of healthy and efficient living.

Services are available online. Through a specialized platform designed for fitness programming. Through the platform clients will received their workouts, video demos, accountability and form checks and any communication necessary.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
For clients in the Fort Leavenworth Community, in person coaching is available. Coaching is limited to one on one at this time. All equipment and flooring is sanitized after each session.
Functional Fitness Training
Functional Fitness training is training that prepares you for you activities of daily living. It involves, lifting, pushing pulling , twisting, squatting, hauling and bending.
Olympic Lifting Training
Olympic lifting is two main lifts, the snatch, and the clean and jerk. A very detailed and comprehensive program that involves all the mechanics and foundations to execute lifts with proficiency.
Stability and Mobility work.
All services with come with stability and mobility which
are the foundational elements of the programs. Learn to use you body to it fullest potential to work smarter, not harder.
