What I liked best it is that it is studio and workouts are practically private. I waited patiently to secure an opening in Phil Olson's calendar. The individual attention to learning correct techniques and instruction to a sustainable and safe approach to training is very important and I knew I could find that here. Phil challenges and encourages me and I expect that the training will help me turn my life around. No turning back! Need to lose the 25 pounds I gained by not working out. I trust I made the right decision by including Outrageous Training Studio to be a part of the changes not only to weight changes, but also promoting a healthier lifestyle. More...
