This class makes you forget your working out! Well, not really but it is a fun and never the same two sessions in a row. It feels like you just started the workout and it is overbooked. FUN! Sessions are challenging but not defeating. All levels of fitness are able to participate, Scott breaks the exercises down for your abilities so that you don’t feel like you can’t do it. My son and I do the group class. It says a lot when a teenage boy willingly joins his Mom to exercise. More...

Scott is super guy with a background that makes him well versed in both pushing you and knowing how to pull you back if you have some sort of ailment. He cares about your goals and knows how to help you attain them. He puts in the extra time with everyone to make sure they understand the movements and how to do them correctly.
