Although I do recommend Sub Shop, I gotta add that they do mess orders up from time to time. When getting delivery, check your sammies/subs/ salads etc before you let the delivery go. I didn’t even bother calling to say anything tonight because I know the protocol if a sub etc is made wrong. I ordered a whole MB sub, light sauce, extra mozzy and Add mushrooms to it. It was late by the time I sat down eat. Guess What? No Shrooms on it. Also ordered a Buffalo Chicken Salad, no blue cheese, there was a side of Blu Cheese anyways. That’s not a big deal, but when I order a sub, have the phone person read it back, she didn’t mention the shrooms, she did fix it on the ticket, but I still didn’t get them. They’re only a Buck, but I’d pay 5 bucks for shrooms, as long as they put them on. They don’t mess up often, but when they do, it’s always the best part missing. Called to order a small salad on phone while I was driving there. Was 10 blocks away. Hung up on my first time I called. Called back the gurl was rude. Told her my order. Gave her my number. 2x. She said she had to look it up to verify it. I told her I was talking to her on it. She yelled at me and actually told me to stop yelling at her. I was like what’s wrong with this person. Ordered salad with French dressing and no onions. Well only things I didn’t get was French plus I hit onions and I’m allergic. Reminds me of last time I asked for an extra roll and they forgot to give me one at all. Since Bill Sr owned this it was gone downhill. I’m not going to bother anymore at this place. Ordered a cheeseburger sub was driving by saw a sign since 1969 I was ready… ground beef on bread is not a sub it’s a dry taco on bread dry and no flavor
