I moved to Carlsbad in April and finally got the opportunity to try this place. Dinner at O'Sullivans for the first time is definitely going to be a fond memory for me, and I'm absolutely going to be back. The atmosphere felt like what home should. I was captured by the decor, buzzing neon lights and fantastic taste in music played by one of the ladies there. The employees there were lovely and friendly, on top of things, and the food was amazing. I got to try foods I hadn't had before and once I got past the idea of what was in "black pudding", it was really good!!! One of the employees started dancing and got a laugh out of my SO and I, someone give her a raise, we loved her so much. More...
