Always had an entrepreneurial bent, and there were multiple organziations that reached out to me for support.

What you see is what you get; long history of solid results and referrals from clients; I absolutely love what I do (and it's infectious).

Historically services have all been onsite. COVID helped clients (and myself) see that some services & support could be facilitated remotely. After the onset of COVID most of my services were 100% remote (so we figured that stuff out). Now it is a blend of onsite & remote.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Remote when necessary. Compliant with organizational requirements. Fully vacinated & boosted.
