Would like to give my utmost gratitude to Chief Cato and his staff for taking care of our shelter in an emergency. I called Chief Cato late at night around 10:30 p. m. when our gate and cameras were not working at our shelter. We needed 24 hour security guard to man our gates as we are a shelter that house over 90 residents. Chief Cato right away said he will take care of our needs and had a guard over as quickly as he could that night. First time, I've called the company for services and he came to our facility with his security guard to introduce himself to me. A true professional! Needless to say, I was very impressed just that alone I knew that I would be in good hands and receive the best customer service care that we needed at our shelter. We are opened 24/7 and he managed to give us round the clock guard service to watch the gate for a few days. The security guards that was assigned to us were great, personable and a true professional. I would definitely give O.S.G.S Security (5 stars). Any company seeking security will not be disappointed. What inspired you to start your own business?
Directly after high school, I was majoring in Hospitality management at Valencia Community College, A high school friend of mine , Convinced me to take a security class and obtain ,My security license shortly after my completion, I began working part-time for a security firm, In the downtown Orlando area and throughout my time of working downtown, I witness many security firms come and go, I also witnessed many security firms lack ,professionalism honesty, Integrity & Pride, And from that day on I knew at some point and time I would start my own Security firm.
