No complaints, went in around 2 so it was quiet. The atmosphere was really nice and the waitress was very nice and attentive but not overbearing. I noticed they had Pho a Vietnamese soup. Probably my favorite soup. Very dissatisfied with it. First broth was very salty, no chopped up beef stomach or tendon and a half of meatball. Fantastic selection and great service. Most dishes can be made vegetarian. The chive pockets are amazing. It might be easy to miss while driving, but worth checking out :) We've been back several times and are happy to recommend it to others.

This place was great. It's in Iowa City, but it's not quite downtown so parking was easy. The ambiance is very nice and the owner of the restaurant visits your table to really make you feel welcome. The food is delicious and at a fair price with good portion sizes. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the Bulgogi that I ordered was good but I would have liked the beef just a little more tender. I have ordered from here a handful of times. It is always pretty good and I haven't had any complaints. The waitress has been the same one each time I've picked up my food and shes always very nice. This last order, however, was a bit of a disappointment. I won't hold it against them too much since other dishes have ben amazing, but the fried rice was almost pure salt. I could barely eat a fourth of it before tossing it out. I hope it was just a mistake on that day but willl probably steer clear of that dish in the future. More...

I really enjoyed the great food at Oryza, I recently planned a trip on August 28th to Iowa city, IA and I'm always on the look out for great tasting food in different cities. The owner and all the staff was very helpful and there was so many delicious looking items on the menu! I definitely recommend trying out the Korean chicken wings, and the hot braised plate!
