This was my first time using this company. So glad I did! They did an awesome job! In July heat they moved my furnishings up 3 flights of stairs, quickly and carefully into my new third floor condo. They were all very polite and followed my direction for which rooms to place the labeled boxes. Affordable service, and no surprises, I was charged their exact quote. Alex's team was amazing! They did such a good job! They were efficient, very nice, and quick at executing moving everything. I moved from a townhouse into storage and a second stop and they were so accommodating. They wrapped my furniture staying storage and handled with care. They were also the most affordable about 100 dollars less than other companies. I will definitely use them again when I move my stuff out of storage. Thank you! More...

Orlando Express Movers saved the day! We had a snafu with another moving company and they couldn't finish the move so we urgently needed to hire someone else for next day service. We had little to no hope since it was late Saturday night and needed service on Sunday. These guys not only responded right away (at 9pm Sat, wow!), they offered the lowest rates - they really wanted to help. They showed up as scheduled the next day and started moving right away. The 2 movers were extremely efficient AND careful. We really appreciate that they didn't complain about anything and also figured out a way to navigate thru narrow passages with heavy items - without making a dent or scratch. The only thing we regret was not contacting them sooner and choosing them as our original movers. We can't say enough nice things and HIGHLY recommend Orlando Express Movers. I chose Orlando Express to move my bed from my house into my new apartment (it was the only furniture i owned that i wasn't able to move by myself) On the day of the move they called and let me know they were running ahead of schedule and could come early if it was okay with me- this was great! They took apart the bed frame and loaded it along with the mattress in around 10 minutes & we were off. Extremely quick and efficient. At the end of the move I almost accidentally overpaid (I had forgotten a deposit was already put down) but the movers were honest & let me know my oversight right away. 10/10 would recommend More...

I had a move last December and got some quotes from several companies. One of which was Express Movers. After speaking with them on the phone initially to get the price, I then got an email saying my moving date was "confirmed", and that a deposit would be need to be made in order to seal the deal. Something felt off about this, so I sought out another company and obviously didn't pay the deposit. One would think that if you don't put down any money toward a deposit, they wouldn't move forward with you at all. But that's not what happened... To my dismay, I got a call from Express Movers while my hired movers were helping me move already, and they said "they are on the way to our location". I was perplexed and told them I'm sorry, I went with somebody else. In hindsight, I should have told them in advance I went with somebody else, but I had no idea they would still show up. I then get a call from their manager, and he is furious with me on the phone. I told him "Why would you send your guys if you didn't receive a deposit from me?". He had no response for that. He then told me to never call them again, and then I hung up. So yeah...that could be your experience. Again, I should have told them I was cancelling but it's not my fault if they go forward without receiving a deposit. More...

I've used this company now 4 times, each time they were very professional. If they were running late, they called, but 3 out of 4 times there were on time. They usually have 2 guys and a truck, once they came with 3 guys. The last time I used them on this Sunday, they had to move all of my belongings up to the 3rd floor with no elevator. They did it without complaint, but I could tell they were tired. Super nice guys. 10/10 would recommend. More...

It was very easy to work with this team of movers. They contacted us Shortly after we made a reservation for their services. We had a lot going on with several things still up in the air regarding times and coordination of availability on both side of the move. They showed up on time. 2 guys showed up. The most hard working, nicest gentleman ever but they work way to hard if I compare to other companies I have used. Having a truck that used a platform to go up and down makes time go 92992 longer that means for the customers is more $. Other companies have a platform that goes from the truck to the floor like a slide. Price was reasonable. These men did a great job moving all of my furniture into storage. They were very careful and considerate of my valuables. They used moving blankets and shrink wrap and were very efficient.
