If you need flowers do come here, especially if you want orchids.  We had a special family event to celebrate and I wanted to decorate with orchids.  Lots of orchids.  The flowers here were easy to order and when we arrived to pick them up they were nice and fresh looking.  The only bad part about this shop is the parking.  There is a loading zone in the front of the shop but there is also a lot of demand for the spots when available.  We had to drive around the block several times before we could get a spot fairly close.  We were loading the flowers into our own car and really needed to be close so we could get them right into the car.  The shop staff got us a cart to take most of the flowers out.  They were very tall orchids so it was a little tricky.  We ordered purple and white orchids.  They were perfect when we left the shop but by the time we made the drive to the event location the white orchids were starting to droop and not look so good.  We called the shop and they said once we got them to a cooler place they would perk up.  They didn't but they were still okay.  We really didn't have time to do anything about it right then.  Maybe white is less popular than purple so they might have been sitting in the shop a while before we bought them.  All in all, the flowers were perfect and no one really noticed but me. My review is way overdue! Thank you Orkizz for all your beautiful arrangements! The manager Sam is super friendly and attentive also their designer Carlos got skills! Gave them my vision and their design/presentation exceeded my expectations. They have a super large showroom with so many varieties of orchids, money tree, beautiful pot and super nice design on different size arrangements. I develop the love for orchids after shopping here. I love orchids and buy them regularly. Recently purchased some arrangements at Orkizz in San Gabriel to decorate my house.  I have to say the quality of these arrangements are very good and it made my home look more lively.  The staff here are very friendly and willing to help me make my arrangement on the spot.  Price is very reasonable and I get a 20% off for my first purchase!!! Sam was absolutely amazing! It was a very busy wedding season for him and I was definitely a very needy bride. He worked within our budget and provided us with some of the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen. He was so accommodating with the venue and even though they were behind schedule, he stayed and made sure all arrangements were set. We received so many compliments on this day.Because it was a September wedding I can only imagine how busy their shop was, so we did have a little trouble getting in touch with each other so I was nervous as we got closer to the date, but in the end all was amazing and I look forward to working with Sam for future events More...

I can not say better things about Sam and his staff at orkizz. He does our company galas and has always worked with our budget. Most recently he did my wedding at the Hyatt Huntington Beach. They did an amazing job and were so affordable. The florals were stunning and I could not have been happier. He takes time to work within your budget and he will let you come down to his shop at anytime to see samples and to really understand your vision. After many failed attempts at finding a reliable and affordable florist, my fiancé, my mother and I stumbled in to Orkizz flowers by chance. At that point we were just browsing and did not expect that this Orchid flower shop even provided wedding services. The lady we spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable and provided us with an immediate consult. We were impressed with their friendly service and affordable prices. We were their first wedding and even though we did not end up with the same florist designer we started with (due to circumstances not in Orkizz's power or ours) we ended up with a second florist who was even better. Sam the owner was extremely professional and friendly and was hands on from the get go. He assisted in all of the planning and was even there for the delivery. To say I was happy with his services was an understatement. Words cannot express how grateful we were to Orkizz flowers for making our floral portion of the wedding painless. nice n fresh orchids with variety n beautiful colors.i think they jus opened.there's small ones 5$, taller ones are 8 if one stem n 2 stems cost 12$. .now im beginning to hav my orchid collections.decorative ones are also sold here with magnficent arrangement.a must to visit while ur in flower district..
