We worked with Elizabeth for our whole house remodel. We have an old house and wanted to keep it looking like a period house, but updated and more functional for our family. Our house is now amazing! It works so much better for our family than it did before the remodel. We added 2 bedrooms and a bathroom to the prior attic, moved the master bathroom to the sleeping porch and made the previous tiny master bath into a nice sized walk in closet. The kitchen also respects the past but now functions as a modern kitchen, and Elizabeth was able to fit in a mudroom also. Our project won awards for best historic renovation as well. Elizabeth was so great to work with. She took the time to understand the individual needs of our family and made recommendations that really worked for us. We were very happy with her design, which allowed us to enjoy and utilize our older home for our younger family. She redesigned our basement, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, mudroom, and two bathrooms. ORION Design was hired to update our home (living room and hearth room/kitchen) We were very impressed at our first meeting with the recommendations made and the time Elizabeth put in to carefully choose the perfect items for our home.
