This salon is upscale, classy, and fancy. The employees are quite professional and friendly. While shopping I broke one nail, so I went in for a fix. Usually it cost $3 for a fix but here it was $15. It’s a good clean salon, I walked in without appointment to get gel nail polish and a nail technician was available right away. Perhaps she was not the best, because nail polish peeled off on two nails the same evening. Good thing is that I got it fixed free of charge next morning. Another nail technician seemed to be more diligent and did a better job. After that polish stayed on my nails for next 12 days. I have recently had a lash infill at Original Diva this morning and paid $75. They were worth every doller. The salon is relaxing clean and staff are friendly. My lashes look amazing! This place is great. An all in one beauty salon in miracle Mile. You can get your hair, nails and make up all done in one spot. I got my make up done here by Sarah and I was really happy with the results. She made my eyebrows look amazing. I had a glass of champagne while she did my make up. Was here Wednesday for my birthday and got a pedicure and my lashes done. Shindee was the lady who serviced me and she was very nice. It was a very pleasant experience because we had a nice conversation. It wasn't an awkward silence like in other salons. I will def be back. Original Diva made my evening! Specifically, my stylist, Denise, made my evening! I visited the salon back in March 2017. Denise did a beautiful job on my makeup and then offered to do my hair even though I had only booked a makeup appointment . She listened as I described the look I wanted and applied her expertise accordingly. In only about five minutes, she created a great messy bun and braided hairstyle with face. framing curls. All the other stylists were commenting on her creativity and kept asking how she did it. My make up and hair held through the entire night and I felt so confident and beautiful.
