Is nice, but not available when needed. I was clear in my description on what day works for me to have someone come clean my house and they decided to contact me, all while knowing they couldn't assist my when I needed service to be completed. Why contact me in the first place? More...

We are very sorry that we could not meet your request for weekly house cleaning on Saturdays. We did take a chance upon contacting you, because your stated "best day" was Saturday. Perhaps the Bark online form should ask which are the "only days" you can schedule. We do have to evaluate such a risk upon responding to any client request, because of the moderate cost charged by Bark to receive client contact info. We did choose to take this gamble and expense in order to glean more information about your house cleaning needs and scheduling possibilities. Unfortunately, our local employees choose to only work occasional Saturdays, and you chose to leave a negative review.
