Absolutely horrible communication. No out of office notices, took weeks and months to reach them. Not sure what is going on but it's absolutely unacceptable to have them promise to do your taxes and you wait weeks without hearing a word when emailing them 2x a week for updates.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I saw a need for a boutique accounting firm that provided top accounting service to small business. One that didn’t delegate all the work for junior staff members. Small businesses in particular benefit from that one-on-one attention from their accountants, one that they’re not able to find in bigger firms.
