I've had both good and bad experiences with the food at this restaurant, the view is truly epic. If you go for sunset it is wonderful. I most recently went for a Sunday brunch and in past years it's been really meh but this year they really stepped up the food game and had lots of really good options. It's still a buffet though so it's not mind blowing fine dining. Also I've never had a good creme brulee here so don't get that. More...

What a beautiful restaurant!! My husband surprised me with this one. It is nested in the hills of Orange, California so the view is spectacular when the sun is setting and during the evening. You can see all of OC and pretty much LA from that hill. The prime rib dinner was amazing. I thought I would need a to-go box because the 10 oz steak is humongous, but fatty me ate the whole thing because it really is the most delicious Prime Rib I've had yet. This is a smart casual dress environment. Great for groups and first dates. First let's start with the beautiful views! Incredible. The best vies you can get! Worth a drive up the hill just to have some drinks on the patio with a fire pit so romantic! My family and I, recently visited the restaurant to celebrate my grandmother's 84th birthday. The server Jacob was super sweet and did everything to make her feel special! He even gave her a extra birthday dessert just from him even though we ordered one! He was tentative and paid attention to what we order and had eye contact. Now a days really rare, but so nice to receive for once!! Jacob made the whole experience better then it could have went!Food, delicious. Nothing that's on the menu is not delicious. We went for my birthday. The staff was friendly and made every detail of our night perfect! The food was literally done to perfection. My filet mignon came out to the exact cook I ordered (medium rare) and the lobster tail was buttery and flavorful. We also had the crispy calamari for appetizer and it was the best EVER! No rubbery texture, amazing flavor, and the dipping sauce was delicious! All around best dining experience I have ever enjoyed! We're from out of town and will dine here anytime we are in the area! The view was amazing! That sentence alone can summarize the entire visit. The experience begins from the entrance all the way down the hill at the street. Something about driving up the winding hill as you go higher and higher gives you such a sense of excitement. When you arrive complimentary valet is always a nice touch. You walk through an open koi pound garden area which is very nice and are greeted by a warm fireplace by the entrance. We got to our seats and they fulfilled our requests for window seats with a view. Fantastic view! Ambience was incredible as well. Food was delicious but I do need to recommend you get the Chateaubriand at least one level higher than your desired doneness. Beyond that everything else was superb. Playing could've used a little more effort but we did go later in the evening. Overall 9/10 and would return for a special occasion. More...
