With attention span getting shorter in the average user, first impressions are key. Along with first impressions, user friendliness and experience are at the utmost importance. Most users are browsing the web via their phone, so having a great website comes down to user friendliness which ties into their overall experience.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
When approaching a new project, I like to ask my clients what their WHY is. I practice purpose driven business, so me getting to know your WHY is the best way for me to wrap my arms around the project, and effectively provide value.
Describe your creative process.
My creative preparation and delivery comes down to research. I am research/knowledge driven creative, so I enjoy the process of learning how to deliver effective design in a given niche. I go out into the marketplace to see what has already been created, and then take different aspects from each source to create something new.
