We hired Lindsay as our day-of coordinator for our October 2019 wedding, and I’m blown away by what an amazing decision this was! She was incredibly helpful, both the day of our wedding and leading up to it, even though her wedding was one week before ours. Lindsay communicated so effectively with us and our families, and every single one of our vendors, and really took the time to understand what we wanted out of our wedding day, and then executed flawlessly. We honestly didn’t have to worry about a single thing on the day, though I’m sure she did - can’t wait to catch up over a cup of coffee soon to hear about all the things that went wrong :) She is a superhuman! Lindsay was so wonderful to work with!! She really went above and beyond for us & our families and was so much fun but also professional! We are so lucky to have worked with Lindsay as our wedding coordinator for our September 2018 wedding. She far surpassed all of our expectations. She was very thoughtful and detail oriented and has excellent communication skills. She was able to take our vision and incorporate it perfectly into our wedding day. She took our feedback and made changes without hesitation or question. She offered very helpful suggestions along the way and thought of the small details that neither of us ever did. She took the time to get to know both of us and was always thinking two steps ahead of us in anticipation, which was spectacular. Lindsay was extremely organized and was able to handle any task in a very timely manner. There was an issue that came up suddenly a week before our wedding between our venue and caterer and she made sure that it was promptly taken care of. She worked great with all of our vendors and made sure they were on time and that they fulfilled the obligations in their contract prior to dispersing the final payments/tips. She was able to organize and delegate tasks efficiently on the day of to our “I do” crew who offered to help set up/tear down. She made sure everything ran smoothly on our big day and if there were any issues she handled them flawlessly because I didn’t even hear of any. I give my highest recommendation to hire Lindsay as your future event coordinator. You won’t regret it. It was such a relief to know that we didn’t have to organize or worry about anything other than having the best day of lives, which we really did – thanks to Lindsay!
