Dr. N completely changed my life after my car accident. I had horrible whiplash and could barely move my neck or arms without extreme pain and numbness into my fingertips. After only 3 sessions I had zero pain, but I kept up with her treatments just to make sure the pain didn’t come back. After 6 sessions I was back to complete function and could finally work again at my nursing job, thank god. Heard about Dr. Napolitano and Optimal Physical Therapy and Wellness in Jupiter, FL through a friend who recommended her services after she helped his back pain and sciatic issues. I figured i'd give it a try since I suffer from golfers elbow in both of my elbows, low back pain, and horrible arthritis. Dr. N was extremely caring and catered to my pain like you wouldn't believe. Whenever I needed her, she was there to help me and answer all my questions. The service she provides is truly an experience and you can directly contact her to make an appointment without any hassle! I was fully recovered and felt absolutely no pain after only 5 sessions because she goes above and beyond to treat your pains and tells you what's going on, what she's doing to treat the issue and why throughout the whole process. Dr. Napolitano literally saved my leg. If you need care, wellness, change, or your life back with a therapist who not only cares but knows what to do, this is your PT! I had a brutal knee injury and a full ACL replacement. I had been dropped through the cracks of classic care through insurance, in a sea of clients being floated around not getting the attention they truly needed. 9 months post surgery I knew I needed to take matters into my own hands and stop putting my faith in the system. I switched to a private PT and had some success, yet I still felt it was inconsistent and my worries were still present for getting "my leg back". I met Dr. N and decided to give her a chance. At the initial intake alone I knew she was passionate about her job and took my journey seriously not just for me, but for her, as she took the most thorough intake I had seen to date. Each client means a lot to her. She has such integrity with her practice. It's clear I'm not just another pay check but a true commitment for her to witness my growth because she is following her purpose. There is no comparing to a professional who is where they are meant to be and has found their purpose. In just 3 weeks I saw more progress then I had seen in over a year. We went from +15 extension to 0. It was literally a miracle. She was hands on, present, and truly not just a PT but a healer. She uses more modalities (like cupping) than most and follows up with you holding you accountable. It was never about what was easiest for billing insurance, or fastest because she was shuffling clients, it was always about what I actually needed. AND IT WORKED!! I would highly recommend Dr. Napolitano for your physical therapy needs! The convenience of her coming to my house so I didn’t have to get in the car and sit in traffic to travel to an office just sit and wait in the waiting room was just the start of some of the benefits while being treated.
