This therapist was very unstructured and did not give us any tools to help us. He often rushed us out of the room, laughed when my partner interrupted me during sessions and during the last session looked like he was falling asleep. He was not empathetic or a good listener and did not recognize or address the crisis situation that brought us into therapy in the first place. After providing zero strategies to help us with conflict resolution, he then ended therapy via an email without a face to face conversation or without giving us other options.
