Erik at Ophion Security was a fantastic person to work with. I called a dozen companies in an emergency situation with my big event of 200 people. He returned my call in two minutes after my request and none of the other companies ever contacted me! Ophion went above and beyond in fulfilling our security needs. The officer for our wedding was Erik, and he was accommodating and capable at every turn.
The guys at Ophion first communicated with the venue staff to ensure everything was copacetic with them, then we agreed on a plan for the day including a couple of potential posts and level of uniform/concealment for the comfort of our (50) guests.
On the day of our event Erik was early, alert, and happy to help in a multitude of ways.

I hired Erik at Ophion for the very important task of protecting my teen daughter in a public space. There had been credible and concerning threats against her, and protecting her was not something I could safely do, nor could I count on venue security to provide adequate measures. From initial contact through the evening of the assignment, the entire team at Ophion had the utmost professionalism, and Erik was confident and experienced in relaying what to expect throughout the night. My daughter even noted that she felt 100% secure, but that no one else knew he was there to protect her. Luckily, the evening wrapped without incident, but that is never a guarantee. When my venue told me that I needed security for my wedding, I didn't even know where to begin. I'm so glad that I reached out to Ophion. They were are professional as they were friendly.
