They have been an extremely beneficial and vital part of our team as we travel abroad to meetings in other countries, while also being the engineer to our security procedures, and safeguarding our executives with their close protection officers. @Alittletouchofhoney recently hired security officer's from Onyx to guard a large event we planned. Needless to say the process in hiring the officers was extremely easy as well as the payment process. The guards came uniformed and on time. I don't usually leave reviews, but, I have to do one for this company. This security company patrols our Plaza and other than the occasional hi and bye when I come into work as I see the guard, I never really interact with him. However, the other day my car wouldn't start, the officer saw me standing outside my car as I called my husband who was stuck at work, and the officer drove over. He stayed with me and helped troubleshoot what might be the problem, dead battery. He went back to his car, got some kind of portable jumpstarter and got my car running. I asked him how he knew I needed help and he said my routine was different than normal. He pays attention to details and watches everyone. I was impressed and even more impressed with the security manager that came out to meet him while we talked. Onyx gets 5 stars from me. I'm glad you guys patrol our area. Keep up the good work.
