I moved to the DFW in June of 2021. I was using another ride app. Typically I always find a "driver" when I need to go to the airport or some event. What I can tell you is when I stumbled across Onyx, accidentally, I might add, I felt as though I was part of a family; I have never had to worry if they would be on time or what driver I was going to get, I get absolutely the best service I could ask for regardless of who shows up.
