OnPoint Security NYC, LLC is a New York City based security company that understands that a safe and secure facility is just the beginning of what a security business should provide to its customers. At OnPoint, we go beyond basic security services by providing exceptional customer service with attention to detail to help businesses, communities, and events thrive. Launched by Urban Upbound and based in Long Island City, Queens, OnPoint is a fully bonded, licensed, and insured worker cooperative dedicated to providing high quality careers to our staff and services to our clients.

OnPoint Security's objective is to increase security awareness. Five security personnel will be positioned on each shift with one site supervisor on each shift.
Provide additional support to site personnels, by facilitating a team of professional supervisors.
Provide efficient response to variable situational discretion in times of emergency by communicating all information to authorized officials, such as NYPD, FDNY, and EMT personnels.
Rapid training on new systems, observing and monitoring CCTV portals and utilizing Genetic and SOC.
Overseeing and preparing reports regarding losses or violations of regulations, policies, and procedures.

OnPoint Security will provide coverage 24-hours per day, 7-days a week for each designated hotel. OnPoint Security will have three different 8-hour shifts during the 24 hour operations and each hotel will have five (5) security guards per shift and one (1) site supervisor to oversee all shifts.

All security guards will be thoroughly orientated on site, trained, and debriefed as to the specific locations and facilities layouts and potential security issues of different entrances, and exits.
All security guards will be trained in proper procedures and expected behavior during the training, and evaluation during the assessment stages.
OnPoint Security will provide necessary printed materials for security guards, referrals and post updates.
OnPoint Security NYC, LLC will provide ongoing training for its staff as needed to handle new situations and importantly correct any deficiencies that may be noted and monitored during our contract.
