My mother’s home experienced a very tragic and fatal event that resulted in the need of biohazard clean up and restoration. I did a little research about what was needed in order to restore her home to its previous state, then began interviewing companies. However, there is not a lot of reviews or info about clean up when an unattended death occurs. After two companies that did not gain my confidence it would be done correctly, ONEighty solutions was referred to me by a close friend. They were so professional but also very sensitive to the situation. They answered all my questions, kept us very informed in every step of the process, and did an absolutely incredible job not only restoring her home completely, but lifting the weight of stress that comes from an already devastating situation. Call ONEighty Solutions first! I didn't, and I regret it!Desperate to get a chemical smell out of my home, I raced to Thumbtack to find a professional odor removal service. I chose the first provider that responded, which ended up being a big mistake. They got rid of the original smell, but the cleanup process left a different residual smell that I couldn't get to go away. Since they 'guaranteed' odor removal, I hoped they would help me get rid of that residual smell. Not only did they not help, they did not have any idea of how to help. So, I called ONEighty after some more research, and they greeted me with open arms. They brought a carbon filter out to my home FOR FREE to help with the smell, and they reassured me that they'd experienced much worse. My husband found them on Google having a 5 star rating and suggested that we call them to have them come out and assess the mild smells we have in a new home we purchased in the basement and on the main floor. Robert arrived on time and was able to come out the day after we called them. Robert did an air quality test free of charge on all 3 floors and stated all floors were unusually clean and he didn't detect any molds. Robert then explained a solution his company could try that does a deep cleanse to kill bacteria and other issues that may not be picked up by his reader. Unfortunately that solution because he wasn't able to pinpoint what could be causing the specific smell wasn't 100% guarenteed to solve our problem but he was 100% honest about it. It's rare to come across an honest business that doesn't try and sell you on something when they know it might not work for your specific issue. I am amazed at the result of ONEighty Solutions' BioSweep process at the the new home I purchased where the previous owners smoked in the house for the last 17 years. Their crew spent the entire day washing the walls, cleaning the vents and carpets, then set up the BioSweep machines to run overnight. The next day all odors were out of the house as promised! Night and day! Simply a miracle! Hey were very professional and kind. Sean is a miracle worker. I have a really bad allergy to smoke. And even though my wife wasn’t having a bed reaction when we moved into our new apartment. I could smell the smoke. And couldn’t breath. I even had to resort to wearing a mask around the house because I couldn’t take it. I found ONEighty and I’m so glad I did. My husband left the sunroof open in my vehicle. We've had beautiful weather lately, so normally this wouldn't have been an issue. However, on this particular night, the floodgates opened and we had a torrential downpour. The interior was SOAKING wet. My kids notebooks were ruined. There was standing water in all of the cup holders! I called ONEighty Solutions. They sent out their technician who immediately got to work on drying my vehicle out. Once the drying was done and a couple days went by, we noticed a musty smell. They came back out and set up a machine to handle the smell. A couple hours later I was left with a clean smelling vehicle. The best part was that they came to me! Other companies I called wanted me to bring my vehicle to them. I only have one vehicle though, and with three kids, being without a vehicle for an extended, unknown period of time was just not going to work. Their technician was kind, knowledgeable, and even admitted that he had done the same thing to his wife at one point!
