Awesome place to train,this is not pf and mainly has powerlifting equipment an strongman equipment as well, open early an close at a reasonable time to make sure you have time to train

I love this gym. Brian is extremely knowledgeable, motivating, down to earth and professional. Don't be intimidated if you don't recognize much of the equipment when you visit for the first time. The coaches will teach you everything you need to know - they're knowledgeable without being condescending. Thanks to Brian, and with help from Ben and Kim, I accomplished a huge goal that I had for years. Now I am an aspiring power lifter - something I had never heard of before I started training here. There are people from all walks of life and all ages training here. If you're serious about training and being your best, this is the place to be! More...

I have been working with Brian and the One2One staff for just over a year. Several years of office hours, long commutes and poor eating had left me woefully out of shape. I knew that I need more than a treadmill or elliptical to make a change. One2One provides me with the motivation and support I need to achieve my personal goals and the family environment Brian helps foster makes me want to workout versus having to workout. About 3-4 months ago I started coming to One2One. I started to go there for my interest in personal training to learn how to properly coach/train from this elite level facility. As I continue to learn I also began to train for a powerlifting competition. I have always been into fitness but needed the proper guidance and motivation to do so. At One2One I have not learned to train "harder" but "smarter." Aside from the wealth of knowledge here, the selection of equipment is far superior to any facility that I know of. If there is anything you have seen before and did not have access to it, One2One will. The greatest quality of all is the atmosphere. Whether you are a school athlete, powerlifter, bodybuilder, or looking to improve you general level of fitness, everyone works together as a team. Everyone there feeds off of each others motivation and want to get better every time they step foot into the gym. It does not matter what level you are at, everyone is treated like family. I relocated to Concord, NH for work in December. I can honestly say, far above my concern for relocating, ranked my concern for finding a gym. Working out has always been a major component of my daily routine. For me it was more than just about showing up, going through the motions and relieving a little stress, but rather the more you sweat, the more your muscles hurt and the more intense - the better. Prior to moving I belonged to gym where I participated in bootcamp classes of the functional training, crossfit nature and I was hoping to find something similar. I new the local Planet Fitness wasn't going to cut it, and I wanted far more than it had to offer.
That "far more" I found at Brian's One to One Fitness. Upon meeting Brian and seeing the gym, I was impressed. The variety of workouts that are created and changed each month to push us and challenge us, goes far beyond what you will find anywhere else. Brian is a talented individual, sharing his knowledge of physical fitness and nutrition, who truly cares about his members and wants to see us do better. He is there to coach you and push you beyond your limits to get the results you want, and not only meet your goals, but exceed them. He promotes an atmosphere where every member comes back each week working harder than the week before. The camaraderie of the bootcamp groups is great, as participants motivate and encourage one another. I now find myself living in Concord, and after four months, not only did I find the best gym, but some great friends. My new biggest concern is someday relocating for work again and fearing that I could never find a gym of this caliber, a trainer with this trememdous knowledge or remain in the shape I am in as a result of training here. There is no doubt this is the best facility around and it far exceeds what I thought I would find for a gym in the Concord area.

Brian is the premier trainer in my hometown of Concord, and training with over the past 10 years has been incredibly rewarding. My brothers and I started working with Brian in high school, and he helped turn all 3 of us in to recruited Division 1 NCAA athletes (lacrosse and rowing). Brian's expertise in the fields of fitness and overall health, his flexible schedule, and his true desire to help you achieve your goals make him the ideal trainer. For example, years after my collegiate athletic career, I needed to get back in shape and build some muscle again. I sat with Brian and talked to him about my goals, and from there he built out a comprehensive fitness plan of exercise and diet that consistently challenged me, but that was also fun and fit my schedule. Through his plan I shed 20 pounds in just over a month, and I still incorporate this plan (and everything I learned from Brian) in my fitness plan even though I have moved away from Concord. I cannot say enough positive things about Brian's One to One Fitness. If you're not working out with Brian, you're shortchanging yourself. More...
