Received an estimate yesterday, called today to schedule appointment.  Appointment occured today, and the tech actually showed up early.  Communication from the beginning was perfect....not too much yet I knew what was going on & when.  Work completed (dryer vent cleaning) thoroughly, timely and I was charged the exact amount I was quoted as the estimate.  Outstanding experience all around! Can't recommend this company enough! Clear, nice, and noticeable results. From booking to paying, everything was easy as can be! Cameron came into our home and was as nice as could be. To preface this review, I have really bad allergies and every spring it turns into my own personal nightmare of itchy red eyes, runny nose, sneezing and scratchy throat. I saw an ad in a mailed flyer for duct cleaning (didn't even know that was a thing) for $50. I don't remember the name of the company but it turns out that's for the bare minimum and just to get their foot in the door. Then they try to up-charge for every little thing. I canceled them and found OADC online. They responded to my call promptly, were very professional and came out in just a couple days. They even found a dead mouse in one of my vents!! Eeek!  And I feel way better. My allergies aren't as bad and I sleep better because I can breath better. Highly recommend. More...

These guys managed to squeeze me in same day, which was so incredible. Not only that, but when it turned out my dryer didn' t even have vents for them to clean, they helped me clean what they could, and didn't were gracious enough to charge me less than full price.
