One night Entertainment, and Jay Page (DJ AETII) specifically, completely elevated the atmosphere and fun at our wedding. From the initial conversations with Jay to get all of the details about One Night Entertainment and the wedding day packages, Jay was very friendly and informative, even to the point of thoroughly responding to a very unnecessarily lengthy email we sent him . Jay was very organized and professional in our pre-wedding day consultation, and it was very clear that he was experienced and had a clear plan to help make our wedding day special. Jay worked with us to pick the right music to make our wedding day unique to us, and to make sure we and all of our guests were going to have a great time. On our actual wedding day, Jay was on top of every aspect. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing, and he absolutely blew us away. Our favorite part of the wedding was the dancing at the reception. Jay brought so much energy and had put together an incredible playlist. The dance floor stayed full the entire night, and DJ AETII felt the vibe and made adjustments as the night went on. It really was incredible. Afterwards, we had so many guests complimenting us on the DJ and playlist. It was clear that everyone had a great time. We had a lot of great vendors at our wedding that helped play a role, but One Night Entertainment and DJ AETII brought the party atmosphere at our wedding and made it everything that we had dreamed of. My husband and I had Jay DJ our wedding and we couldn’t be happier!!! He worked with us to pick our music making the wedding and reception very meaningful to us. Whenever I tell anyone about Jay, I always start with he's the coolest guy I know! Jay and his team are very responsive and professional at all times. I had the pleasure of working with Jay and the One Night Entertainment team for the first time at the Super Bowl when it was held in Atlanta. I knew after working with him that week, that if I ever needed a DJ again, he would be the guy! Our paths crossed again when he worked with my church on our Night to Shine event, where he brought down the house as always. It was divine intervention when on my now husbands and I first date, we ran into Jay! 10 months later we were planning the wedding and Jay and his team were an absolute non-negotiable! He helped curate a full plan for the day of and, because he is MUCH cooler than I am i gave him a lot of free reign and never worried that wouldn't be taken care of. He even saved the day, when on the day of the wedding someone tried to make a change to the program, and he said absolutely not. I do what Candace says! We were at a previous wedding where Jay was the DJ. After I got engaged, I immediately knew that’s who I wanted to be the DJ at our wedding! He is very personable & such a fun time. Before the wedding, we had a meeting to make sure we were all on the same page about how we wanted the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception to go. From start to finish this was one of the best wedding decisions we made! Dj Luke was absolutely amazing! I could have never imagined a better DJ than Jay Page and I know all of the others are just as awesome. He is the number one reason our wedding was so hype and memorable. He made it the biggest party ever that people are still asking me who the DJ was for my wedding. Jay at one night absolutely killed it on the ones and twos. Their team was absolutely incredible to work with! They know exactly what they are doing and are very flexible to your request. It was a magical night and it wouldn't have been that way without the assistance of one night entertainment. They also filmed our wedding and a made a great videography. I highly recommend that. I've been planning weddings professionally for about 6 years, and these guys have been my favorite DJ to refer for at least 5 of those years! I've worked with Jay countless times, and I know he can turn up like no one else. Chris is just as fantastic, and I was thrilled when my sister got to work with him for her wedding last weekend! Somehow Chris and Jay know how to keep a dance floor absolutely packed and buzzing with energy all night long, whether there is alcohol involved or not. Chris had my fairly conservative family out dancing in some seriously cold weather - I've worked with them so many times and I was still impressed at how many people stayed on the dance floor the entire night! Jay (DJ Aetii) guided us through the entire planning process and he flawlessly delivered on our wedding day. They have multiple package options and so many add-ons to keep the party going! Jay and his team are incredible! My husband and I both agree that booking One Night Entertainment and having Jay as our DJ was some of the best money we spent for our wedding. He completely facilitated the party and kept the whole night running smoothly. Our guests danced the entire time. The entire experience with Jay was incredibly smooth and he really understood the vibe we were going for with our wedding. He was always responsive and easy to work with, even when we were making changes up until the last minute. Definitely add on the party favors, and I would 100% recommend the cold sparks. Our guests were totally surprised by the indoor fireworks during our first dance, and it made for beautiful photos! If I ever need to hire a DJ for another event, I would only consider using these guys. We are attending another wedding next year with DJ QTip as the DJ and we already know it will be a great party! One Night Entertainment was the most professional, friendly, and FUN DJ for our wedding. We paid a little extra to secure Jay Page and he was the BEST to work with. They know how to make your wedding the most magical and memorable day/night. We purchased the Full Moon package and our first dance looked like we were on Dancing with the Stars. The lighting and fireworks were just absolutely beautiful. They brought sunglasses, headphones, glow sticks, and more to light up the dance floor. All of our guests were dancing and the whole night the dance floor was packed. Our guests say this was the best wedding they had every been to and we dedicate that to Jay and his team. We appreciate his thoroughness to meet with us two months prior to our wedding to run through the night and make sure it was exactly how we wanted. Of the plethora of compliments we got on our wedding- the DJ was one that guests raved about time and time again. Jay and Luke were both great throughout the whole process of talking us through music, songs, and all things encompassing a DJ step-by-step. We learned about Dj Jay through mutual friends that had hired him for their weddings and we were immediately impressed! Jay really knows how to keep a party alive from start to finish. When we decided to have our wedding we already knew Jay would be the only Dj we would consider hiring. What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
Having the ability to read the room is one of the most important qualities of a DJ. Gauging your crowd & picking up on cues to what music is resonating & what music just is not. This is something that I pride myself in being very skilled.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
My style usually mirrors similarly to the needs of my client. If the event calls for 70s-80s classics I can do that. If the event calls for harder rap music I am very well kept up on the latest hip hop top tracks. I DJ clubs, weddings, & corporate events so my style can match that of the vibe you are going for.
What do you love most about your job?
DJing is such a rewarding job for me. There is nothing like the feeling you get from getting a crowd dancing, moving, & singing along to all the songs you are playing. I take a lot of pride in the music I play & how well the crowd relates to that.
