Can't recommend Tanner and Troy enough! I worked with Tanner on flexibility and working on my range of motion this past summer. Results were almost immediate, and better yet I walked away with new exercises I can do moving forward. More...

Troy and Tanner are top notch trainers! I’ve been working with them since July of 2020. I have nothing but good things to say. The option of having an at home or gym workout are amazing, especially for my travel prone lifestyle. They are very patient and accommodating. They help adjust the workouts to personal needs, injuries, or abilities.
The video responses are also very fast, w/in 24 hours or less and key to helping in form correction/progress.
The biggest takeaway is that they really focus on flexibility and avoiding injuries with their exercises. I currently do their strength through length gym program and it is by far the best results I’ve seen using a virtual fitness coach.

When searching for a new program I always look for reliability, accessibility and a personalized goal orientated approach. OFA has all 3! Workouts are loaded in your app weekly making it convenient to workout whenever is best for your schedule. Troy and Tanner are accessible daily not only for questions or perfecting form but providing constant motivation and positivity. The initial evaluation with each workout and stretch provides a baseline so you can go back, look at your progress, and celebrate goals achieved! After just a few months on their program I am hitting new strength and flexibility goals weekly if not daily, have seen my endurance improve, and overall energy increase. Every person has a different injury history, training experience, and availability of equipment. After taking these factors into account along with their goals, we help our members make progress by structuring an effective dose of training that starts them on a level they can handle so they can progress from there. Through our app we communicate frequently and monitor form videos to ensure the exercises are done properly - we can make adjustments over the course of weeks/months to continue making steady progress!

The three pillars of an effective training regimen are Diet, Exercise, and Recovery. Food is the fuel that powers workouts and the body's daily function, exercise taxes the body enough to cause an adaptation, and recovery (sleep and rest) is where the body comes back just a little bit better than before. Getting the body of your dreams involves nailing all three - for men we are looking to create broad shoulders and a lean waist for a masculine V taper and for women we are looking to create strong hip musculature (glutes) and a lean waist for that hourglass shape. There are specific ratios and measurements that we recommend our members strive for - it's less about the weight on the scale and more about the shape of your physique. We want our members to feel strong, mobile, and athletic.

Putting a focus on our own training and making progress is the most fun part of the job - we want to inspire our members, social media followers, friends, and family to live a healthier lifestyle focused on staying pain free and feeling good more often than not. We take the most effective training methods that we ourselves have used and apply the same methodology to our members. Seeing more and more members achieve their goals is beyond rewarding!

We both worked in corporate America for several years and had respectable positions in the IT (Tanner) and Finance (Troy) worlds, training others on the side ever since our college days. Our priorities were always health and sport performance, but those values are not a really priority for most people who work a desk job for 8+ hours per day, and that motivated us to apply strength and mobility principles that work for top athletes and scale them down to something that regular people could benefit from. Living with aches and pains in the knees, back, shin splints, neck, etc can be depressing - training in a way that makes you both look and feel good elevates every part of your life, which is why we are so passionate about our business.

We tailor our programs to fit the needs of each member and offer a remote training service that is on demand so we can support our members whenever they need us. We work 7 days per week and pride ourselves in having a fast response time to members' questions.

Yes, we are started off exclusively as an online training/remote coaching business, but now service Phoenix clients as well. We typically have an initial call to chat in more detail about goals and expectations, and the rest of the communication is via our app, TrueCoach. Your form clips are how we see your form and ensure safety, and we will send clips back to you if something needs more detail to explain when simple text does not suffice.

We use top strength/mobility methods which can be done FROM HOME so our members don't NEED to go to a gym to make progress.
