Where do I start? I LOVE THIS CREW!!!!! They painted our basement and wow did they do a GREAT job!! Ashley and Ricky are dependable, nice, funny and sooooo easy going! ! I had Ashley and her crew clean my home this week. After they left I called to let her know how disappointed I was. They were only cleaning my master bed/bathroom, 2 livingrooms, kitchen and powder room. My powder room is the only room that was actually cleaned. Ashley cleaned my kitchen- she left food on my counters and cabinets. My appliances were never polished or cleaned. My backsplash was never touched. She didn't open my microwave. My master bathroom was not cleaned at all- there was hair in my sink and in my floors. **I do have a puppy and I always mop before they clean, but she called and came early. And I said this to her** She left my hallway completely untouched as there was dried pee when they left. I asked her to either come back and finish the job or refund my money. She told me twice that she would send my money back, and never did... from what I have heard from others this is typical behavior of hers. More...
