Having suffered a sports related injury, I sought out a personal trainer after physical therapy ended. The team at Bodyscapes was recommended by my physician and I found Resa, a dancer who has had her own share of injuries. The workouts are geared to my level of pain and range of motion and I can't thank Resa enough for getting me back in shape in a relatively short period of time. While I'm still not ready for a triathlon, I just completed (and placed very well) with the first road race of the year and owe the credit of this feat all to Resa. More...
