I had my first cleaning two weeks ago and I was very impressed with the service, speed, care of my home and pricing! The ladies showed up on time and got right to work. This is the first time that I have had a team of people come in and clean and I was amazed at how much they got done in such a short amount of time. Only one area was missed but I also didn’t specifically ask for it to be done and I didn’t notice it until after they left. Not a biggie at all. I also want to comment on the professionalism of this company before, during and after the appointment. I received great communication prior to the appointment, documents explaining their services, policies, etc. As the ladies were finishing up at my house one of the managers stopped by to personally inspect their work and to make sure that I was pleased. I love that they use Square Invoicing so I don’t have to remember to get cash out before my appointments as well. I have already booked for bi-weekly cleanings and can’t wait to see them in a few days! More...

While I did read the review for this company and I booked them this week I was extremely disappointed with the service of the cleaning. First I asked them to text me when they arrive because I can not hear the door bell. I received no text but a call later that the girls did not think I was home so they left. They managed to send the girls back to my house. They only stayed for 1.5 hrs. My cabinets were left with a greasy film, they missed a room and a bathroom. The floors were sticky and did not feel clean at all. My kitchen table had stuff piled onto it and they removed my table cloth. It was a vinal table cloth and my kids definitely had done a number to it that morning so I understand that it probably was more dirty then it should have been but nothing soap and water could not fix. They took my rugs outside but never brought them back inside. They did not take out my trash at all. It looked as though they just needed to run to the next job and didn't want to finish mine. I spent the rest of the night cleaning trying to clean up my cabinets and floors. As I said they did offer to not have me pay for the service and I am thankful for that. But I also don't want anyone to face the same fatal mistake. More...

Yes we provide everything needed to make your home sparkle. We do ask that if you want a specific cleaning brand that you supply it.
What do you love most about your job?
We love giving people a stress free life with more free time!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Before I started Once Upon A Clean I cleaned homes solo, however I received so many word of mouth referrals I couldn’t keep up alone. I knew I either had to start to turn people away or start a business, and here we are!
Why should our clients choose you?
There’s a lot of cleaning services in Colorado Springs but only Once Upon A Clean is going to make your house feel like a home again. We give that special touch to all our clients and get to know what each home needs.
Basic clean
Priced based off number of bedrooms and bathrooms. This is a whole home cleaning including dusting, bathroom, windows, and floors
Priority clean
Only pay for areas you need cleaned! You make a list with your highest priorities at the top and our team of two cleaners works their way down the list for as much time as you pay for.
1 hour for $110
1.5 hours for $130
2 hours for $150
2.5 hours for $170
3 hours for $190
Move out clean
Whole home cleaning including inside and under all appliances, inside of all cupboards, baseboards, fans, light fixtures, sweep of garage. $0.21 per sq foot

$0.25 per sq ft
