Once In A Blue Moon Events

We felt being out of state having an event coordinator would be very helpful. We're very fortunate to find Lauri. I can't say enough about her. She was very easy to get along with and very helpful. We were married July 22, 2020 during the pandemic. As our wedding plans progressed we started running into issues. The biggest being our venue canceling. I called Lauri in a panic, after she calmed me down she said we would figure this out. She did just that she found us another venue that was willing to work with us on such short notice. The venue is called The Cooper house and I would highly recommend them. Lauri also recommended our DJ, Jessie, who I also would recommend. She did a phenomenal job keeping the music going and everyone on the Dance Floor. My uncle was supposed to marry us but because of the pandemic was nervous of a crowd of people. Once again Lauri pulled through and recommended an officiant to marry us. Having had to switch venues we now found ourselves in need of a bartender and you guessed it she found us a last-minute bartender. Everyone Lauri had recommended to us she has worked with in the past. and it showed, they all work very well together. I just can't say enough about how organized and easy Lauri and her team was to work with. In working with her for almost a year before the wedding she became a friend and I think that speaks volumes about the kind of person that she is. My now husband even text her after the wedding to express how perfect he thought everything was. Neither of us could have imagined it being any better. More...

My husband and I got married this past October and Lauri was our planner. She was excellent! If I needed anything at any hour she was there to help me out! (Also had a few melt downs and she talked me thru them with ease! Lol) she was able to recommend some awesome vendors as well. I left all the decorating up to her on the day of; this relieved me of So much stress and everything looked so beautiful and perfect! We could not have asked for better day! Lauri was an absolute dream to work with. She went above and beyond to make my wedding so much more than I ever dreamt of. We wanted a Christmas/ winter wonderland wedding. Not only did she accomplish this Herculean task, she gave us a forest! It was simply breathtaking. She handled all the little details so that we could focus on each other.
