Lived in the Valley all my life so I've been to several El Pollo Loco's. I have to say that this is one of the best. They always have the best chicken; juicy and tender. I'm from California so I grew up on El Pollo Loco. Sadly I've learned Texans don't like much food that is different. This is not Tex Mex. Far from it. It's more Authentic. Which isn't appreciated in this state. We've had a couple of Californian spots open up in Texas and close down . I hope El Pollo Loco can make enough to stay . My family and I love it. I drive all the way down 360 to get my fix. Glad there is one down the street now. Keep up the good work. More...

I'd just like to say that I'm an extremely FREQUENT diner here and usually i have ok service but tonight, we were tended to by bertha. she was great and very friendly. not to mention, as soon as my daughter said hi to her, she said hi back and gave her some stickers! Loveeee pollo loco, but the service at this particular location wasnt what i was expecting. I understand employees might be new but they get easily distracted with other members of the crew, i got my order all wrong, didnt realized until i was home, and as i didnt want my food to get cold i just had to eat what i got :/
