We listen to what the client is looking for. If the client is looking for a custom menu we have found the best way to be sure the client gets what they want is to listen to what ideas they have then give them menus to choose from, based on what they told us. The majority of our clients use one of our pre-set menus however do custom menus when needed or requested.

Handling the pressure of making sure we deliver on our promise of making sure the client is satisfied from the start to the finish, and then following up afterwards. We juggle hundreds of clients each month and each is treated individually to be sure we met their expectations.

I wanted the freedom to create my own dishes, and menus and have the autonomy to run my business how I see fit. I dislike being micro-managed so we give our associates a task and get out of their way! Hiring the right people allows us this opportunity.

We have had thousand of happy clients with many repeat clients. We have the knowledge, equipment, personnel, and expertise to handle even the largest most extensive events. We typically handle from 20 people to 500 and have done as many as 1200 people.
We pride ourselves on great communication and being on time, every time! We take the worry out of your event day, as we understand you have enough on your plate!

From the site you can see our appetizers, breakfast, and pre-set menus along with pricing. You may also complete a short contact form for us to build a proposal for you. From the website you can also contact us directly and we answer the messages quickly (typically within and hour or 2 at most).

Our commercial kitchens practice routine cleaning and sanitation. We also wear PPP's while preparing foods and extensive handwashing. During transport & setup all foods are kept covered and hot.
