What an ideal place for breakfast. I made a reservation but needed to change it. Spoke to the gent at the door and told him that my group of six would wait. He put us in a corner where we could talk. We stayed for about 2 1/2 hours. Our food was unreal. Try the Brie and avocado eggs Benedict. Fabulous. We were told by our waitress that we could do a mix and match on the pancakes and we took advantage !! Lemon Ricotta was my favorite but the strawberry granola was a hit too. Found this café our last weekday morning staying in the Marriott hotel nearby and wished I'd come to it other mornings. Crowded, mostly with locals I think, which is a good sign. I sat at the counter and watched the waitresses working hard to keep up with the busy room -- indoors, a few tables outdoors, and the counter. Can't say much about the food as I only had a bagel and cream cheese, but that was excellent and the coffee was very good and refilled nicely by sweetheart server Aubrey. Let me just say Yummmmy! Homemade everything, Great omelets, Fresh Breads made in house for french toast, delicious Brunch specials. The staff was very attentive, the food was delicious, and the chef delivered our meal! I would eat here again in a heartbeat! Went for the first time after hearing great things about it, i was between running errands so i picked up some food to go. I got a spinach mushroom ginger soup that was to die for and a falafel wrap with sweet potato wedges. The food came out fast and hot and delicious. We came for breakfast after going to Electra's Cafe and finding out they were closed. We tried the sourdough bread which we were told they make at the restaurant, eggs, sausage (which I think they make the patties there too) and cheese. This place is amazing! Tucked in the Berkshires but very easy to get to, just off of route 7 on Lenox/Pittsfield line(? ). The Staff is awesome and very accommodating...Danny, Cynthia, Jana, Paul, and the crew! Second day in a row eating breakfast here...wish I had found it earlier...I'll definitely be back. We had two great experiences here in the past week. We were vacationing in the Lenox area for about a week and tried a number of breakfast restaurants and this was by far the best. Lovely location overlooking a park area with a gazebo. Very good food and friendly service. I see that some of the comments mentioned the service was slow, but that didn't bother us...perhaps because we were on vacation! More...

Our family came here for a simple breakfast on a weekend trip in July 2018. I would have to say this is a comforting, home-style breakfast place that is a nice, reliable stop for eggs, pancakes, the basics -- with good hospitality, good prices, and good value. Our group had the 2 egg platter (a pleasing $4.99), Lemon Ricotta pancakes ($5.99 for 2) and an extra egg ($0.99), and they were all served with potatoes, toast, and courteous service. They also have fancier dishes ranging around $9-11 for sweet potato hash, fruit drinks, etc. In contrast to what some other trendier (read, more expensive and hipster) places serve around here especially for the rich Tanglewood crowd, this was good value for the money, and a very nice atmosphere. Absolute must stop on your trip to the Berkshires in MA. Food is delicious and staff is so friendly and super sweet. Grace, the owner’s daughter was our waitress and really a wonderful addition to our visit. The Lemon Ricotta pancakes are a must try and everything on the menu is beyond delicious and made us want to return every morning on our three day vacation. The reservations was an added plus and was really convenient for our 10 person party. When we walked in it was like we were family, greeted by all the staff members like they knew us for years. Our kids were very comfortable there and even enjoyed hanging out at the frog pond after our meal. My family could not say anything negative about our experience and we highly recommend this place to dine at. The only negative thing I could say was that I wish my vacation stay was longer so I could go back again and this time try the lunch. We stayed at Marriott across the street and came down for a breakfast. We were promptly greeted and seated. Kids had pancakes which were absolutely delicious (there were lemon ricotta ones that looked really good too), served with local organic maple syrup. This is quickly becoming my go to lunch place in the Pittsfield-Lenox Area. It has a very interesting menu with enough variety that I have rarely been bored. The food is tasty and the service friendly.The salads are delicious. I particularly love the butternut squash and beet salad with little candied crushed notes. But, they have a roasted vegetables salad and a normal salad.Today, I shared the salad with my wife and we had shared the fantastic salmon sandwich. First of all, it contains a piece of grilled salmon. This is not a salmon Patty or burger or salmon salad. It is a hunk of salmon. It comes with tomato, bacon and aioli. Best of all, you can get it in gluten free bread. The bread was nutty and flavorful. Always ask about the daily frittata. They are usually interesting and tasty. I am told that the bean burrito it's also excellent. But I have not tasted it.I also need to give a shout out to the gluten free brownie on the dessert menu.I really enjoy coming here because I can always find something delicious too fit my mood. We just used On A Roll to cater a drop in brunch the day following my sister's wedding. The owner David, who helped me to set up the order/manage the quantities, was wonderful. Paul, who manages the Lenox location, delivered the order personally to ensure that everything was set up exactly as we needed. So our experience from the service side was warm, and impeccable!The food was terrific! Muffins, cinnamon buns and Spanish rolls (a must try) were all warm upon arrival - and were DELICIOUS! Perfect brunch spot in the Berkshires. Good mix of classics and tex mex. Bacon was prepared perfectly and despite cautions of over-ordering, every last pancake was dispatched by a crowd of five children. The house gave an early warning of breakfast menu closure (11 am is when the shift happens) fifteen minutes till time, and yet still allowed us to sneak a couple BK orders in for late arrivals.
